These have helped my IBS. Although not perfect they have worked better than other IBS gummies I’ve tried. They have regulated my bowl movements fairly well. To the point where it’s more manageable. They do cause considerable gas and poo is rather smelly. Have some cramping. I have dropped taking linzess every day and use it only when really bound up.

The packaging and gummies come exactly as advertised. The gummies are good flavor wise and have a simple texture to them. These are so yummy. The recommended dosage is two a day. Trust me, I wish I could eat more of them. For that reason, keep this jar on a high shelf away from children. As far as its effectiveness, I honestly don't know. I bought them when I was eating a lot of gluten and wanted to start fresh with a better diet and clean out my gut. I haven't had any adverse reactions to taking them and digestion seems to be stable.
