I bought this last minute for a wedding/event in Italy - didn't want our suits and gown all rumpled and was scared to use any hotel iron and risk damaging our clothes. I had actually already bought the Conair Handheld Power Steam Garment Steamer - that one is great for home use, but it was way too heavy for my luggage. I wanted something that was lighter and worked with the 220V in Europe. This Jack & Rose was much lighter and came with a little travel bag. Note: We did have to buy an adapter so it could plug into the outlet in Italy, so we got the EPICKA Universal Travel Adapter, European Travel Plug Adapter - worked great with the steamer. I ended up using this steamer on a linen suit and a polysilk gown, and it worked very well to get the wrinkles out. Cons: when you set it down on the counter, it falls over easily, so we had to prop it up with a cup. And the water reservoir can be a bit tricky to slide in and out. On the plus side, the reservoir is big enough so you don't have to keep refilling it - it seals nicely, heats up quickly, has 3 different settings, and it has nice long cord. Best of all, the steam comes out steadily and evenly (no annoying spurts of scalding water all over the place like other steamers!). Definitely glad I bought this, as I didn't want to risk using a hotel iron. Worth it!

After a year or so of having my original steamer, an interior screw or something came loose and inhibited the function of the item. I had loved using it and was quite sad it had stopped working properly. The customer service team at Jack & Rose worked very quickly to resolve my issue and provide replacement which was within their 2 year warranty. My replacement steamer is the same top notch quality, portability, speed and power as the first and I love it just as much as my original. The brand offers probably the best portable steamer on the market, with the unique functionality of steamer & iron, rotating head, packability, and international usage. The packaging is top tier and provides a satisfying and secure experience receiving the product. The amount of water it holds is substantial for a solid steaming session, but it’s easy to refill too if you need more water/time. If you are careful not to directly touch the metal plate or steam towards yourself, the rest of the steamer handle etc is safe and should never cause burns with proper use. I would recommend for the quality (I think my interior screw was a fluke flaw) and for the customer service and speed of reply and follow up care. I plan to keep using this brand for the rest of my life, realistically! This travel steamer was one of the best purchases I made for our trip. Honestly, I don't know how I ever lived without it! The Jack & Rose Travel Steamer is compact enough to pack easily, yet powerful enough to remove wrinkles quickly from clothes that have been packed in a suitcase for days. It heats up fast, is easy to use, and saved me from having to deal with hotel irons. We used it throughout our travels, and it worked flawlessly. If you travel frequently or just want a convenient way to keep your clothes looking fresh, this is a fantastic purchase. Highly recommend!

I really love this steamer. It’s easy to hold, I like the switchable angle, I feel safe using it, it travels super well, and it is clearly well made. The size is perfect. It removes wrinkles all but instantly. It’s easy to use. I would say that the only improvements I can suggest are small but would make a difference: 1) the plastic piece that comes with it that is used to reattach the hot iron on is thick but kind of small, the iron sometimes doesn’t want to stay on it, and the iron tips; 2) the bag it comes in is great for added protection while steaming but gets really hot and allows steam to pass through to my hands, it’s a bit flimsy. Also, It would be super nice if they made a version that attaches/feeds from a separate water tank in order to increase water capacity. I have to refill it kind of often, but I wouldn’t change the size of the tank attached to the machine because then it would feel super heavy.

Cute and compact. Easy to use. Works well on linen in the steam mode. Offers nice steam but small water chamber which is good for travel. It does take awhile to cool down so allow the time before packing- eek

I am thrilled with my Jack & Rose Travel Steamer and the customer service provided by Jaina. I purchased mine 1.5 years ago and used with no problems on the high steamer setting several times a week. I never have to iron anymore. I used to have a big steamer in my bedroom to steam my clothes for work, but it was clunky in my room. The handheld steamer is discreet and easy to use. The best part is that you can fill it with regular tap water and it heats up and puts out alot of steam quickly. The unit does not require all of the cleaning and maintenance that my big steamer needed. The steamer recently stopped working. I checked my Amazon order history and saw the 2 year warranty and an email address for Jack & Rose support. I sent an email and received a response within 24 hours from Jaina. She asked me to send a video of the steamer and quickly shipped out a replacement. I was only without my steamer for a few days. I love the product so much that I bought one for my sister for Christmas. I traveled to Italy and my steamer was one item that I was sure to make room for in my limited luggage. Highly recommend!

Wow! I didn’t expect to love this streamer, but it’s exactly what I was looking for. I previously owned a conair 2 in 1 steamer and I loved it, but it was too large to justify traveling with. It recently conked out after a few years of use and I was in desperate need of a new one, as I use a steamer almost daily. I did consider buying the same one again, but it’s nearly $90 now. After some research, I came across this steamer. After looking at reviews I was skeptical, but, after a few uses, I’m hooked! I opened the box just in time to pack it up for a weekend roadtrip to a friend’s house. With its convenient travel bag and cord keeper, I threw it in my carry-on without hesitation. It was so light, and nestled perfectly in the corner of the suitcase. I conveniently could not find a hanger so I used the dry iron function on an ironing board for my linen button up. Upon first use, I wasn’t impressed. My linen shirt still had a few more wrinkles than I would’ve liked. I packed it back up and forgot to drain the remaining water. I unpacked it at home and there was no leakage whatsoever, although I would recommend draining it for storage to avoid potential for ruining electrical components. Then I used it as I normally do at home. I put the same linen shirt on a hanger and steamed on high. It was perfect! Wrinkle free! I would say it’s an excellent value for all of the features, although I cannot speak to the longevity, as I’ve only used it for a week. Now I will speak to other negative reviews I saw. I did not find the unit to be heavy at all, even after steaming multiple garments at a time. The whole unit is less than two pounds. The twistable neck is slightly heavier than the handle, but it wasn’t cumbersome at all. The water also lasted surprisingly long even though the tank doesn’t appear to be very large. TL;DR Pros: Super light, travel friendly, excellent for steaming hanging garments. 100% Worth the price. Cons: Iron feature is not as efficient for ironing heavier materials, like linen.

Bought this for a trip, but ended up using it a lot at home too. It’s super handy for quick touch-ups without pulling out the big iron. Works great for shirts and removing wrinkles from linen pants. Very easy to use, even my husband and son had no issues with it. Heats up fast and has been really useful both for travel and everyday use.

Great product and even better customer experience. My steam iron stopped working, which led me to email the seller directly and the process was quick & seamless - they were very prompt with their response and immediately provided a refund as well since they couldn’t arrange a pick up. I didn’t even know my product was still under warranty until I reached out - very prompt and responsive.

I reached out to the manufacturer through warranty assistance and received a quick response within 24 hours with a solution/assistance. I found this one heat up quicker than my other one. I tried it on my dress shirt that had little wrinkles. Hung my shirt on a hanger on the bathroom door hook and a few passes of the streamer and the wrinkles were gone. It also worked well on my sports coat. I have only tried out the iron feature once on one of my T-shirts and it worked great. It took a little longer as it is a small size but did remove all creases and wrinkles. Overall a good product to have when traveling. Also note, I purchased the Philips steamer for more in cost originally but it underperformed. The Jack & Rose steamer is a top performer in the steamer category and is the best I've ever used, even better than my Conair. The seller confirmed the 2 year warranty as well!
