Great Product
The first endoscope had to be returned as it had an intermittent fault. This one as a replacement works just fine and came very quickly. Very well packed so pleased with the end result.

Wow!
I’m a woman with a bathroom leak. I was certain I knew what it was and that I didn’t need a demolition squad to find it. But what would I know as a woman. Bought this gadget. Drilled a hole in the side of bathroom cabinet. Took some images on the SD card included in the device. Confirmed my diagnosis and saved myself a ton of money. Absolutely brilliant! Easy to use. Can’t wait to use it again!

Broke after 30 mins of use, however a replacement was sent and seems to be working fine
Features of the camera are really great, takes a few minutes to get use to the buttons, etc. and spent weeks deciding on the right one to buy. The actuating end of the camera broke and only works in one direction. To make matters worse, the camera is completely floppy and useless when trying to navigate around an engine bay. I assume one of the directional cables snapped internally. The seller replaced the camera and so far everything is working fine. If you are doing engine work I would suggest the more expensive option which has a narrower endoscope to get into areas like spark plug holes.

High Quality Images from a nice tool
I have personally owned and used a few other "consumer level" Endoscopes - for use in my job as a HGV Technician. My experience - until now - has been they really weren't worth bothering with. This one is a totally different level, the images are amazing - even close to the edge of a hole in the dark, you can clearly; See, Photograph and Video the surface to assess its condition. The switchable choice of two lenses - one straight ahead, the other at 90° - along with the two way steerable head - means you can actually get the camera in a position to see what you need to be looking at.As a bonus, I have found the seller to be very quick to respond to and resolve a problem; initially they sent me the single lens version of this endoscope by mistake, the duel lens one has now been received and tried by me. Both endoscopes are very good, but this duel lens vesion (unsuprisingly maybe) offers you more options to get to see what you want.

Wanted to like it, but it broke on first use
The camera quality is ok but not remarkable. i was using it to look inside an enclosed beam around 100x200x10000mm. Unfortunately the articulation bit broke on first use and not possible to fix by diy. Would be good if it were more robust and better quality, even if it needed a slightly bigger cam head
