If you want to clean bum this is for you
I've been using this bidet for about a year as well as my entire family and it works great it's easy to clean easy to install I love this this is not our first bidet in the house it's the second or third one and I find they get about a 5-year life span before they need to be replaced I will absolutely come back to this particular one every time moving forward

Low cost, great first time Bidet and easy to install!
Ok, this is a review I did not relish writing, however…here goes. I purchased this bidet in an attempt to reduce toilet paper use in the household. It was very apparent – especially after three family members suffered COVID and the after effects of the medications (on the gut) that it became very clear; we were using an awful lot of toilet tissue. So, I searched and researched many of the home install bidets on the market. I also needed to set a budget for my first-time bidet purchase. I did not suddenly want to be several hundred dollars into this project only to discover that we did not care for this or that it did not work. I even almost purchased one of the other low end toilet seat bidets, however, just before clicking the “buy” button, I read some really terrible reviews. Cancel that! Then I found this bidet. It took perhaps 20 minutes for the total install and it worked right off. We were worried about a possible leak at the valve connections, so have had paper towels below it ever since install. No leaks evident. Does it work? Absolutely! It is NOT the massive spray that some readers seem to desire (hint: that would be dangerous), but a gentle enough spray to clean things off. You choose on the dial, front of rear. And the nozzle angles that direction. Once done rinsing things off, you turn off the bidet and finish by patting your tush and bum dry with toilet tissue. So far, we have saved TONS (ok, a LOT) of toilet paper AND, much cleaner and less rubbed raw bums for the whole family. Note: if the youngsters are going to be using a bidet, some parental instruction time is necessary to ensure that it does not become a play fountain or flooded floor potential. IF a family member objects to using a bidet, well fine! They do not have to. The toile seat functions just fine independent of the bidet. There is even a very slow close function for the lid. No more slammed toilet seat in the middle of the night. I realize that some families still debate the “seat up” or “seat down” thing. In our home, we also have some dogs, always have had a few. Early on, we agreed that we would simply, always, keep the toilet seat down when not in use. This prevented large dogs from drinking from the toilet bowl (eww!) and smaller dogs and cats from falling in. By having everyone quietly close the lid, everyone is doing the same “work”. No silly debate. Bottom line, YES, this bidet works, functions just fine AND is at a very fair price. If you are considering trying a bidet, this is a great introduction. We live in a rental and renovating the bathroom for a “real” porcelain bidet was just out of the question. This less expensive, self-install bidet works just fine. Yes, I recommend it!

Cleaner with better pressure than our old American Standard bidet.
Much better than the previous bidet attachment we had. It fits well to the toilet. It is SOOO much easier to clean as it has traditional mount with two screws rather than a whole assembly to slide off and on. The included hardware is metal rather than plastic which feels more secure than the plastic tubing that the previous bidet had. The bidet itself has very strong pressure and is effective at doing it job, it also seems better "angled" than our first bidet as the water stream is directed straight up rather than forward which seems to produce better results. We have only had it a few weeks so I can't comment on it's longevity but it seems to have been worth the higher price point. Only downside is the lid is very slow to close meaning the seat isn't always fully shut when you flush.

Subtle Appearance, but Works Great!
In my household, we've used a couple (now three, I suppose) different types of bidet. But really, they're all different flavors of what this one is -- something you can add as an after-market part to a toilet to get bidet functionality. This one is hands down the best, and it's not even close. Unlike other after-market bidets, you can almost get away with not noticing this one. I love that the controls are set into the seat itself; you really wouldn't know they were there unless you look, which is a huge contrast to the controls on most bidets like this that are either a wand or iPhone sized hunk of plastic that you have to clean whenever you're cleaning the toilet. Speaking of cleaning, that's another area where this shines. Having everything built into the seat means you don't get those weird large washer things that are meant to sit under the seat, which makes cleaning up around that area so much easier. It's also nicer to look at since those washers aren't collecting dirt and dust that's nearly impossible to get off. The angle of this bidet is just about perfect as well. Apologies for getting potentially too detailed, but with the other bidets we've tried there can be a bit of an art to making sure you're hitting the right spot. With this one, it seems like the exact opposite; it's almost harder to miss! Which cuts down on water usage and makes for a simpler experience. The soft close is a little slow, but that doesn't really bug me all that much. Overall, I'd say this is a fantastic product. Install is trivial, and it's functionally the best bidet we've had.
