Pet Silk Top Knot Gel 4 Ounce Styling Finishing Gel - Pet Hair Gel for Taming...

My Yorkie is 1yr old now, she has had fly away hairs for so long...just waiting for her hair to grow! I have tried so many products before Pet Silk, which was recommended by my dog groomer. This product has been amazing! At first I found it hard to apply since it's a pretty firm gel, then I started heating it a little with my blow dryer - that made all the difference! I put her top knot in each morning, it stays all day. I reapply the next day and it hasn't created any build up. I will not use anything else! The container will last a long time, so it's worth the price. I am ordering a second one now to have in her overnight bag for travel :)

Works perfect on my little 8 pound Yorkie poo. Keeps her hair out of her eyes and all the wispies too. Keeps her topknot in place. Takes very little product, very easy to work with, is not greasy or sticky and very easy to come out. She tends to scoot around the carpet on her face and head, which usually makes a total wreck out of her hair. This wonderful product keeps everything more in its place..

It works okay....it has a slight yellow hue to it so it discolors my Maltese’s white hair but I need it to grow the hair out between her eyes.

This product is extremely thick and firm, like gelatin. This forces you to use more than necessary. It is near impossible to apply evenly because it is chunky instead of smooth. Along with being hard to work with, it doesn't hold for long at all. Then my puppy's fur just looks greasy.

I have a Lhasa Apso and hoped that this would help keep his hair out of his eyes or at least help keep it neat when pulled back with bands...unfortunately it didn't help as much as I hoped. You do have to remember that they are "dogs" and don't worry too much about "messing up their hair" so that is why I gave it 3 stars. If you want something to help for a short period of time...like for a picture or something it helps...but it didn't hold up for any length of time. In addition, it is kind of sticky so it attracts dirt.

This didn't work for me. It was to sticky and didn't keep the hair in place. It made the dog's hair stiff and wouldn't keep it in place.

I was a bit apprehensive at first about buying this Top Knot Gel, but it's great!! I have a yorkiepoo and she constantly has her hair in her eyes. I've bought bows and rubber bands but her hair comes out from the bands. This gel keeps it all locked up and she looks great! Even with her running around and playing with her toys and rolling around. Not only does this too knot gel do the job but it smells so good! My boyfriend commented on her scent and said she smelled like she just got a bath. I also use a bit to keep her hair around her eyes and mouth down. This stuff is great! And a little goes a long way! So it will definitely last you a long time! I would definitely recommend this gel to a friend!

It’s does exactly what it says it is sticky enough for fly away hair it was very well packaged double box extra padding on the Sides of the basket and in a plastic bags I will keep buying from this seller

Very difficult to put on, sticks on my hands more than on the hair of my havanese.

Not easy to apply because the gel was very dry. Would not recommend this product. Wish this item could be returned definitely not worth the price.
