My mom has a hospital bed and doesn't walk. I get her up in a wheelchair 6 hours a day. I choose this mattress topper to help her be comfortable and avoid bed sores. I set it up and tried it myself first. I found it lumpy and uncomfortable. So I set it to alternating pressure and a very low pressure. I wasn't too concerned about the noise because Mom is hard of hearing. Mom is very comfortable on this mattress topper and I don't worry about her not wanting to change positions now. Very glad I got it. Thank you.

Got for my mother after hospital stay where she developed backside wounds. Easy to assemble. Works great and the price is fantastic. All the therapists liked it too. Very pleased and has helped my mom to heal. Very quiet.

worked well, not using anymore

I purchased the Alternating Air Mattress Topper for my bedridden family member, hoping to improve their comfort and help with pressure relief. Initially, the topper worked quite well, offering consistent support and relief for around 11 months. However, a very small hole appeared at the outer edge, causing it to deflate. Since the first topper performed adequately for nearly a year, I decided to purchase a second one in October. Unfortunately, the second topper has not held up as well. After only five months of use, two very tiny holes have appeared at the outer edges, leading to air loss and a deflated mattress. My relative weighs around 268 lbs, which is under the 300 lb weight limit for the topper, so I was expecting better durability. At this point, I’m extremely dissatisfied. The mattress topper should have lasted longer, especially considering it was purchased with the expectation of supporting my family member comfortably for an extended period. The recurring issue with small holes and deflation is frustrating, and I no longer feel confident in the product’s durability. Given the limited lifespan of both toppers, I can't recommend this product based on my experience.
