Perelel Womens Hormone Balance, Myo & D-Chiro Inositol & Berberine

These have done wonders for me!! I started taking these because I have pcos, my hormones are so out of wack, and I’ve always dealt with irregular menstrual cycles. My last one lasted over 3 months :/ I started taking these during that cycle hoping the bleeding would stop and it did!!! within 2 weeks of consistently taking them (I’m bad with supplements/pills lol). One month later, I have felt much better, the bleeding stopped which was the goal and my husband says I’m much more pleasant (bonus points 🤣). Anyway, I approve these and will be reordering so I can help my body get to a good place!! Only con, they have a not so yummy taste to them but no odor!

I take these supplements postpartum to regulate hormones. I’ve taken twice while breastfeeding with no issues. I can tell a huge difference with mood while taking these. I only take half the recommended dose while breastfeeding.

It works! I have been taking these for the past 3 months and my cycle has been regular since. I used to have a 2 month cycle with over 12 day period that was super heavy. I'm now on a 33 day cycle with a 7 day period that is super normal. You don't need to take 4 pills a day right off the bat like recommended. I'm taking 2 pills once a day and the benefit is unmatched. Genuinely grateful for the creator of Perelel.

While I hope is going to be a good product. The idea of trying to remember to take a second dose is a pain... Maybe bigger capsules would work better?

I was another one influenced by the ads, but I’m glad I took a chance. I’ve been struggling to regulate my emotions since my second pregnancy and I (and my husband and children, bless them) have really noticed a huge improvement after just one month. I was skeptical, but birth control was only slightly effective and this has really brought me back to feeling like my old self again. I’ve had zero side effects. I recommend!

I have taken inositol from other brands in the past without issue, but unfortunately this one made me very ill. After taking it with food and water, I experienced severe vomiting and became so sick that I ended up in the ER and nearly lost consciousness. I’m not sure why I reacted this way, but I wanted to share my experience in case others are sensitive to this product.

I started it a week ago, I cannot give a full review, however, I had not had my period in 3 months, and after 2 days of taking it I got my period, I feel less tired and I didn’t not have bad PMS as I usually do. In the past, whenever my period would come after months of not getting it, I would get horrible PMS to the point I couldn’t leave the house. No side effects up to now, I started taking 1 a day but now will increase 2 per day.

I’ve been taking this inositol supplement for a while now, and I’ve noticed a real difference in my mood. The biggest change is around my cycle—before, I used to get very irritable and intolerant right before my period, and that has improved a lot. I feel much more emotionally stable, and the mood swings are not as intense as they used to be. It has also helped with my sleep. Once I fall asleep, I sleep deeply and wake up feeling more rested. Overall, this has made a noticeable difference in how I feel day to day. I plan to keep using it.
