Good for this IT professional / fitness addict
I've had this set for about a month now. I'm one of those wound too tight guys who doesn't take time to stretch due to being too busy and I'm still young enough to think I'm semi invincible. Tension and strain always setup in my upper back and up the right side of my neck (I'm an IT professional so that mouse mouse hand causes more strain) all that said, a few weeks in and I can say this is helping. Less strain, fewer headaches and I don't find myself in pain throughout the day at my desk like I usually am.

The mobility and lacrosse ball are great for targeting specific parts of your body or knots that a foam roller can't hit. It comes with a carrying sleeve that I really like so I don't lose the balls or they don't get dirty in my gym bag. The online e book gives you a more in depth guide on how to properly use both these balls thats really helpful.

Convenient, light, easy to carry
I split my time between NYC and Ithaca, and I always bring my Vye mobility ball pouch with me. It’s so easy to travel with because it has a convenient mesh pouch and the balls are light in material. I’m a firm believer in stretching pre & post workout, so I bring it with me when I travel, when I go to the gym, or use it when I’m at home and need a self-massage. Highly recommend.
