Faulty Product/Can't Use

When I opened the product for the first time last week to set up my classroom, I was disappointed to find that the 'd' in Birthday had been replaced with a 't'. I reached out to seller almost a week ago and haven't received a response. So the bulletin board is pretty much useless to me now.
