Blocked my Synthroid absorption
Don’t take if you are on Thyroid medication. The black walnuts cause absorption issues.

Unfortunately, it might be a me thing as I took it sporadically instead of daily. Might buy once more to do a 30 days in a row dedicated test. I get nausea from even walking fast. Was hoping whatever ick is causing this to be relieved. Probiotics work better so far, but want to give this a longer chance
