Kiwi Ears Forteza in Ear Monitor, 1BA + 2DD HiFi Wired Earbuds

I've had a pair of Cadenzas for about a month now and those are fantastic, especially for the price. These Fortezas are, in my opinion, also fantastic but a bit of a different beast. Where the Cadenzas have a pretty nice even sound across all frequencies with a slight bump in the lows and highs, the Fortezas have a slightly greater boost in the lows, mids are scooped more, and a lot more highs. When I say a lot I do mean a lot. Other reviewers have described it as harsh, and I don't think thats entirely unreasonable. The sibilance of cymbals, brass, and raspy high voices really stands out more than any other headphone I've sat with. But so does every minute detail in every song. I'm hearing things I didn't previously know were there in the recording. Where I usually have to add a lot more highs when I EQ other headphones to achieve sufficient clarity, sometimes a little more bass too for more punch, the Fortezas have that more exciting sounding V-curve built in. If anything they could have left a tiny bit more mids in place. Sound is subjective though and while I like energetic highs and don't personally think these are harsh (or in the very least I got used to it quickly), you may not and might think they do. That aside, other more objective pros of the Fortezas compared to the Cadenzas include: the Fortezas come with a sturdy zipper case, longer cable, and they look way better. Finally, size-wise they look like they'd be bigger than the Cadenzas from the photos but I was surprised to discover they are almost exactly the same size albeit deeper. Plus the molded housings stay in your ears much more security and are quite comfortable for longer listening sessions. Overall, you really can't go wrong with either IEM but I do think the Fortezas are a worthy upgrade if you can spend a little more.

I’m not an audiophile or anything like that but these sounded better than my $20 pair I have. They are built solid and I love the color on them too. They fit me good but can get uncomfortable sometimes but it’s hit or miss, my ears are also sensitive. Our rehearsal space isn’t big but with some memory foam tips it helps. Overall it’s a good value for what you’re getting and I’ll probably buy from kiwi ears again.

Most YouTubers give a lot of hate towards this iem but I think it's damn good. Comfort is top tier as it is molded to fit the canal of most ears. They are very similar to the higher end iem that have the chunky mold. Can play for hours without discomfort (looking at you dunu titan) For gaming I think it's pretty awesome! They pickup a lot of detail and imaging is really good. Always can pin point an enemy and get the jump before they do. Music is ok...I bought these for mostly gaming when the family are loud and want to be locked in on a game. I just use my HD560s for my music needs. Cable and ear tips are sorta cheap...I have been using the dunu S&S tips and they definitely bring out the best for this iem. Cable will do the job for the everyday person...was expecting a better quality Cable at this price point. Overall they are a very nice iem and will be my main along side my HD560s.

Worked great for call of duty and other games u need to hear detail sounds. For the price it’s a no brainer. Way better then any other the ear set ups I’ve spent double on.

I thought I had good sounding earbuds before. I have had quite a few, nothing crazy expensive or audiophile, but some wired buds like Beats and quite a few wireless ones. The wireless ones are convenient and sound "good enough", until these Linsoul Kiwi Ears Forteza IEMs spoiled my ears. Top news up front: the sound quality is amazing on these! From full lows to crisp highs, and a clear and open sound, they really elevate the listening experience. They just physically block sound from the outside world better than some wireless buds with ANC that I have used. I found myself listening to lots of different styles of music and swearing that I was hearing things I had never heard before in many songs. I found the fit comfortable with one of the nine supplied sets of tips. There are three different sizes in three different colors, which I think span a range from softer to firmer. I was able to get a secure fit and listen to these at my desk for over three hours at a sitting with no discomfort - something I'm not used to with in ear buds. The cable could be a touch longer but it's modular so I am sure I could buy a longer one if it were a bigger issue. Setup is easy but slightly confusing as the instructions say that the IEMs are labeled left and right. I never could find any labels but it's easy enough to tell the left monitor from the right by shape. After that I determined that the cable with the red on it is the right side. Appearance is good to me - I can see how they might not be for everyone, though. The transparent blue bodies remind me of the translucent colorful iMac phase of the late 90s, plus the glitter sparkle. They don't necessarily look like they're up to serious business. But they aren't flamboyant looking when wearing them, and the sound overrides any concern about how they may look. For stationary listening (like music at my desk) or audio work, these are amazing and my new favorite way to listen to music. They're not all purpose headphones, so wireless buds still have a place in my life. But I can see now how audiophile stuff can be a powerful draw. These IEMs literally improved my ability to enjoy music, even when I didn't think I had any complaints about my previous sound sources.

I love this brand but I got used or refurbished IEMs. The little ear buds wouldn’t stay on and they got stuck in my ear more than 5 times. Needed my mother’s help with getting the ear bud out of my ear. We did so with tweezers..

These have become my daily drivers. The build quality may not be as high as cnc aluminum IEMs, but they feel very durable and also look very unique. They may be a bit large for some, but they fit both mine and my wife’s ears just fine. I was able to wear for an entire day without any fatigue whatsoever. There are 3 sets of tips (in various sizes each) that give you plenty of options to get the right fit and sound. I am using the red nozzle tips. The cable is decent but nothing more than you would expect at this price point. It’s not cheap but also not high quality. The included case is perfect to carry your iems and a bluetooth Dac amp such as the Qudelix 5k or ifi go blu. Sound wise they are definitely unique. They aren’t quite neutral but also don’t have a bloated bass. Maybe they are slightly v shaped. I didn’t take any measurements or compare fr curves. Just listened and compared to olina se. The treble is ver forward and sparkly. Perhaps I have some hearing loss from my time in the army, but these sound great to me and not sibilant like some others have mentioned. I think this added treble also gives the illusion of added clarity. If this is an illusion it is a great illusion to me. I have added excessive treble via eq to other headphones. Namely planars like the s12 pros and the olina ses, but neither sounded like the forteza. I also prefer these to eqed se535s, basn bmaster5, and shanling sonos. These really perform above their price in my opinion. Bass is elevated giving these a v shape, which does mean the mids are recessed, however I did not find it deterred my enjoyment from any genre I listened to, which includes country, hip hop, edm, classical, rock, blues, and some popish songs. Like I said these are my new daily drivers. I thing they are well worth the cost. I would highly recommend as your first choice, unless you have a budget over $150.

Brutales, me sumé a la moda de los IEMs para jugar en PC y la conclusión es clara y es que si estás buscando unos IEM para gaming sin reventarte la cartera, los Kiwi Ears Forteza son ese colega humilde que te sorprende con talento oculto. No vienen con lucecitas RGB ni nombre de nave espacial, pero ojito, porque para viciar van más finos que el aim de un pro player. Posicionamiento: Pasos, suspiros y hasta el aliento del rival Aquí es donde estos pequeñines sacan pecho. Si juegas shooters, sabrás que saber de dónde viene el guantazo es más importante que tener buen aim. Y los Forteza clavan esto. Los pasos, las recargas y esos detallitos que en unos auris random se pierden entre graves borrosos, aquí destacan como si tuvieras un sexto sentido. Espacialidad y escena: Un mapa sonoro en miniatura Para ser unos IEM de precio contenido, la escena sonora sorprende. No te van a dar la amplitud de unos over-ear abiertos, pero dentro de su liga crean un espacio más que decente. Todo se coloca donde toca, sin montoneras, y eso se nota cuando te mueves entre pasillos o giras esquinas con el corazón en un puño. Graves con carácter, pero sin invadir la fiesta El grave está ahí, con pegada suficiente para que las explosiones te sacudan un poco el pecho, pero no se come los detalles finos. Eso sí, si los enchufas directamente al portátil o PC con una tarjeta de sonido cutre, puede que te suenen algo metálicos o secos. Métele un DAC o un ampli decente y verás cómo se sueltan, ganan cuerpo y te devuelven ese equilibrio sabrosón entre impacto e inmersión. Fáciles de mover, pero con hambre de calidad Con sus 32 ohmios no necesitan un monstruo de amplificador, pero si les das algo más rico que la salida de un mando o un móvil de batalla, te lo agradecen con creces. Un DAC USB-C o una tarjeta de sonido medio decente y ya tienes billete directo a la experiencia premium dentro de lo económico. Conclusión: Calidad táctica sin flipadas ¿Quieres oír antes de que te vean? ¿Sentir que estás en el mapa sin que el sonido sea un batiburrillo? Los Kiwi Ears Forteza son esa opción low-cost que juega como un main caro. No son perfectos, pero en relación calidad-precio, son un "GG fácil". Eso sí, dales buen alimento (fuente decente) y te devuelven el favor. PD: me compré un DAC baratito de unos 10€ (USB C, así también vale para el móvil) con una calidad buena de sonido+- 24bit 96khz y con esto ya van de muerte, tengo que hacer la prueba con otro mejor ya que pinta a que va a ser un X2 en calidad

Für das Geld echt eine gute Anschaffung. Sowohl für Musiker als auch zum Musik hören gut geeignet . Sound ist klasse, insbesondere für den Preis.

With abit EQ they sound fantastic for the money, impressed tbh. Great value for what u get.
