When I opened the parcel, I was disgusted to find a large yellow/brown stain on the foam pillow. The pillow case was also stained. It looked like it had been used before. It smelled. The pillow case was not grey as described, and no spare pillow case was received. AVOID.

This pillow did not help me with any of my issues

This was very hard to get used to sleep with. Once I did I won't sleep with out it. This really helps with acid reflux I will be buying another one. It comes with another case to wash it. It did have a werid smell at first but it went away. Its soft enough to be comfortable for firm enough to hold u up.

I gave this a 4. After 5 hours, still at a little over 5 inches high. Said it should be around 7.5 in. Looks like it is a decent quality but disappointed in the height.
