I’ve been using Pak Shilajit Pure Himalayan Resin for about a month now and I’m genuinely impressed. It dissolves easily in warm water and the resin feels very pure and high quality. Since I started taking shilajit resin I increase my energy gradually, my physical endurance improves I have greater concentration. Faster recovery at the end of my exercises and improve my sleep. I no longer have a lot of insomnia. I no longer get up in the middle of the night because it was sleep.

It gets three stars purely because the taste was not as bad as I expected. Almost like a dark chocolate/black licorice flavor. I had seen other reviews claiming how horrible it was to choke down. It was not what was in the picture. I did use all of it and discarded the jar already so I cannot say if it was the correct volume, but it looked like something that had been on the shelf for a long time at a local ma and pa market. Did not notice any difference to my health or performance and would not waste my time or money again.
