Works better than the Dorman Plastic one (returned). Unfortunately the radiator failed BUT not this overflow and had to order a new radiator. This fix was still going strong even if the rest of my 20 yr old radiator isn't.

Over that past year I have ordered and used many different Anderson fittings. This is one of them. Without exception, I have found Anderson fittings to be top quality. No fitting has ever failed me. The threads have all been excellently cut and are well within specification for NPT design. When wrapped with PTFE and tightened properly (not over-tight..) they never leak. The barbed shank is longer than some others and holds tightly to hose. Once again, when clamped properly there will never be a leak. The hex shape on the exterior is perfect for use with a typical open-end wrench. Nicely machined and finished. There are just no faults with this fitting. Like every other Anderson product I have used (SO FAR..!!!) I can find nothing to complain about. Five stars...

No problems

Easy to install. Used this in conjunction with a T-valve, to bleed air out of a diesel fuel filter housing. This barb fitting allows me to use my brake bleeder hose, with a clear hose, to easily bleed the air from the filter housing and feed line.

Fits into the 3/8” air hose snugly and use of a worm drive hose clamp is needed. Threads into female fitting no problem.

The lights work great. I had another set that I lost the remote for. I emailed the contact on the instruction sheet and got an immediate response requesting my mailing address, I responded and received two remotes within a week at no charge. Fantastic customer service.
