To be completely honest, I don't see much difference in muscle building. However, its very easy to swallow, what with it being capsules. No difference in my digestive system. Tastes like nothing, which is a major upside! The tiny little capsules are very convenient. Its also not expensive. I have no more trouble with my sleeping whilst using this product.

Decent aid to building muscle

I've been using this product for 5 months now and I cannot be certain whether it makes much/any difference. What I can definitely say is that it doesn't have any effect on my performance, stamina, or vitality (whatever that means). I do think I've gained muscle mass since using it, but I would have done so without it. The question is how much of it is thanks to this product? I'm not saying it definitely doesn't work, but be mindful of the placebo effect.

Placebo or not, these definitely got me fired up for the gym and life in general. Certainly flat lined since I stopped using them but I think they had some slightly adverse side effects

This supplement has no taste and is easy enough to swallow, but that’s literally the only positive thing I can say about it. It’s not a good quality product at all and it doesn’t do anything whatsoever. It feels like a complete waste of money spending on these supplements – I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Been using these capsules for quite a few months now and I have found they have added & helped to improve my training sessions. Don't expect overnight results, but for me they have definitely been a positive and when used with an appropriate diet have been really beneficial improving my performance & helping me to get more personal bests while weight training. They are easy to swallow, and for me, value for money
