I bought these for my husband/chef to use in the kitchen and he loves them. They are absorbent and wash beautifully. Stains are easy to get out and I love that we are not using as many paper towels.

These towels are well made and absorbent. They can be put to many uses - from drying dishes to cleaning up spills to wrapping a gift. They look great and function well.

These kitchen towels are well made, sturdy, very absorbent, and lint free so you can use them for sucking up heavy spills, drying misty pieces right out of the dishwasher, and blotting food. They are 100% cotton so they are great for all this, but the really impressive thing is the thickness of the cloth, which is totally unlike the typical flimsy kitchen towels you get. I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED with these towels, and yesterday ordered a second stack of them, which arrive tomorrow.SOME HINTS: Launder them separately from your regular wash, use a good bit of bleach, wash them on HOT wash and HOT rinse (don't worry about the color stripe; it's not important). Dry them on the VERY DRY setting, and DO NOT USE A DRYER SHEET OR OTHER SOFTENER. That last tip will keep your towels wonderfully absorbent and just stiff enough for kitchen applications, like folding into heat pads that retain their shape.Some background, if you're interested: my first kitchen towels were purchased from a restaurant supply house, and so I wondered why they were almost completely non-absorbent and just sort of "pushed" the water around. Then I tried another brand from the same place, and these were super-absorbent, but "grabbed" the surface I was rubbing it on way too much and got pulled out of my hand, so no-go on that one. Then I tried a different brand that was made from synthetic fibers which frayed and melted too easily near heat, and they were non-absorbent. Then I reordered the original kind and they were really poorly made and way flimsier than the first batch. I had over fifty towels, and not one of them could do everything. And no, I am not confusing kitchen towels with bar towels, which you can sometimes see through.It was a joy to throw away all the old towels! :)

These are good quality and you get a lot for the price — but they aren’t very absorbent, so don’t expect them to be a good dish drying towel. They are more a rough thinner texture with some stiffness. As a general kitchen towel - wiping up little splashes, grabbing hot handles and pans (when folded into quarters), and that sort of thing, they’re great. They can handle the washer/dryer and didn’t shrink.

This is our 2nd batch of these towels. Not that there was anything wrong with the first batch, just that we needed more due to holes, burns etc. We cook a lot and use them everyday. They wash up nicely and really do last a long time. Good buy

Great towels, lots of them, but they do wrinkle-up in the dryer….sobe prepared to have to press them out at the edges..

The towels are a quality cloth work towel although they are smaller in width than what I expected and they tend to still be a little wrinkled from the dryer. They do soak up spills but are not "soft" like some decorative types. The price was good for as much as I use them.

These are very useful, theymdid shrink a bit but the absorption is good with these towels. Will buy again

I use them to save on paper towel. Once they are too dirty, they go to the cleaning basket and I use another one. They are robust and of very good quality.

Dudé en comprar estas toallas después de leer las críticas mixtas, pero mis viejas toallas de cocina estaban gastadas y tuvieron que ser reemplazadas. Cuando llegaron los tiré a la lavadora con agua caliente, una bolsita de detergente y un poco de lejía. Los sequé por completo y apenas hubo encogimiento, solo un hilo que cortar y una pequeña arruga que se pudo alisar mientras los doblaba. Encajan perfectamente en el cajón de mi cocina y la toalla tiene exactamente el ancho correcto para el mango de mi estufa. Los compré por la combinación de tamaño y precio. No son de color blanco puro, más de un color natural. Son un poco más pequeñas lo que me gusta, el grosor es perfecto y son muy absorbentes. No uso mis toallas para limpiar derrames, solo para secar platos, así que dudo que haya muchas manchas que tratar. Estoy seguro de que me servirán bien durante muchos años por venir. Sin duda los recomendaría.

These are tough cloths that can take a lot of abuse. I use them in most situations that I used kitchen roll. I bought bulk so I could build up a heap to put into a hot white wash. The cloths come out of the washing machine almost as good as new. I can see myself using these around 100x saving me hundreds!
