Easy to use and less swelling after Knee replacement surgery.
The media could not be loaded. You can control the speed and whether or not you want to go forward or in reverse. It's been a great help after my knee replacement surgery. I also work at my desk and it's great to be able to do that while working.

Enjoying this machine
I’m very happy with this purchase. It stays put on carpeting. I like the features it offers an especially the counting my steps. The functions multiple. Five speeds. The only thing I can say that I wish did have is a memory where it would hold onto your number of steps that you’ve taken in a day.

Easy to use
This was so easy. Just take it out of the box and plug it in. Very quiet, I can still watch TV while exercising. Seems sturdy, well- built and not too heavy for this 72 yo to pick up to move
