Hi Kath, yes it does. I guess that the more you put in your eye, the more will inevitably leak out (although it is pretty thick and gloopy) - I am quite generous in applying it. But there is no better product if you have corneas prone to tearing, dry eye, or similar problems.

Yes, it's quite greasy. It's supposed to be I think, it acts as a replacement for your body's natural "eye oil" which normally keeps your eyes lubricated. Top tip: when you go to bed, keep the tube in your armpit or somewhere similarly warm for 10 mins to melt, then you can easily drip it into your eyes. It's a bit tricky to do without melting it first.
