Penny pinching
Like most things now days. Companies are pinching pennies so much so that as far as flavorings and seasonings in prepackaged foods have now shown to have less and less in them and this coffee isn't any different. Other than that it is a good tasting coffee. Could always use more decaf choices.

This is NOT-NOT a caramel flavored coffee. It is bitter and just disgusting. Try the Dunkin caramel me crazy instead.
