Great steam cleaner with a few improvements to last model,it is the third Vax steam cleaner we have had over the years,simple to use and very efficient, can't imagine being without it,great multi purpose machine.

I have been putting off spending my money on steam cleaners as in the past u haven’t been too impressed. I’ve been buying mops and buckets with swirly bits in them but never been happy with the results or where to store them when not in use! I decided to try a steamer and went for a mid range priced one. I’m kind of hooked!!! This item is sleek and light weight. Heats up quickly and you wouldn’t believe how it has cleaned the laminate in the kitchen!!! 2 dogs and 1 cat, not to mention the busy ins and outs from the humans who knew the floor wasn’t supposed to be that colour!!! The floor pads are easy to rinse off as you go and wash up in the washing machine as new. I’ve used the carpet attachment and been very happy with the results. All in all I would highly recommend this one

Overall, I’m really pleased with this steam mop. I’ve used it a few times now and it does a great job – my floors come up really clean and fresh each time. I’ve even used it on my oven, and it worked really well for that too, which was a nice bonus. It’s not completely perfect though. It can be a bit fiddly to use, especially when you’re getting used to it, and the detergent tank doesn’t seem to work consistently – it’s a bit hit and miss, which is slightly frustrating. Pros: • Cleans floors really effectively • Versatile – works well on other areas like the oven • Good overall results Cons: • Slightly fiddly to use • Detergent tank can be unreliable Overall, a great cleaning performance, just a couple of small improvements needed.

Really easy to set up and easy to understand how to use, the different attachments really help with any type of job & its pretty light weight and easy to put away when done with.

Like it very much Does exactly what it says. Very useful cleaning aid for all over the home. Lots of handy tools included with very long cord. Would recommend.

My windows have never been as streak free so that a 5 star but starts to drop after this, it's big, bulky, shaky and fall over on its self, there is no hook for the very long cord and the actual window took moves about all over the place when you attach it so cleaning the windows was a chore but worth it, the position of the steam and handle make it awkward to use too and there needs to be an easier way to have all the attachments without having to have a big separate bag, it's does the job it says it does so can't fault that but overall it needs to be better, to bulky and awkward.

Had this item for about 6 months now and very pleased with it. Haven’t used the handheld option much but as a floor cleaner on hard floors it is very good

I filled it up with water and detergent, switched it on, in vibrated loudly and produced no steam! 30 mins of 'priming', trying to unblock nozzles and holding it at funny angles (as per the troubleshooting guide) did absolutely nothing. I am now in the hands of the supplier and hoping they respond quickly and replace the item. Disappointing. 😒
