Unsure about quality
I am not sure if the quality of fish oil is excellent as I developed acne on my chin area after taking these tablets.You might think ‘oh, it may just have something to with your hormones’ - No. I have gone off and on with this trying to find a good balance and made sure I didn’t have my period or PMS-ing. It always ended up with me developing this almost cystic like acne on my chin area after.Maybe it’s just my body that doesn’t like fish oil OR the quality of this fish oil isn’t as pure or as premium.
