This is a very simple exercising device that helps increase your grip strength. It is very comfortable and fits my hand well. I used it a couple times a day for a few weeks now and I can tell a difference in my fore arms and my grip is much stronger.

It's a quality product for how much it costs and it really works. I don't like how the rep counter kinda breaks after a while on the grip strength trainer,but besides that it works really well. It's great to use while sitting around and progressing in weight is easier than you think.
