I used to buy the Superfeet insoles. These I think are better. The Superfeet are hard and rigid. They become uncomfortable if you wear them too long and they squeak! Gross! I switched to these about a year ago. The prices are better and I still get the same benefit of arch support. Also, the green Superfeet insert is kind of ugly when removing your shoes; it screams orthotics. I like that these look like any other cushion in my shoes.

I felt a difference instantly. I am on my feet in cowboy boots for 9 hours a day and these help me get through the day with minimal aching at the end of the day. The quality seems mediocre, the foam padding is starting to peel on the very top layer but it hasn't hurt functionality after 2 months. Still worth it in my book. Thanks!

You want shoes that stabilize your gait as you walk and stand. 2. Most of our leg, hip, back, and neck problems start from our feet. How we choose to support our feet is important. Invest in your health when the opportunity arises. Your body is your home, so make sure it is comfortable and at peace. 3. Wear these insoles any time you stand. I know it's tough when we want to wear slippers or sandals when we're not going out, but the more you wear these, the better it is for your feet and your back. 4. Insoles that are wide are important. You want full coverage to provide the kind of support your feet need. Walk on, and take care of yourselves!

Have been using these insoles for about a month now, and my feet have felt the difference. I work in the restaurant industry and am on my feet 24/7 unless I’m on my break. My hours are about 30 a week or greater, roughly 5-6 days. I’ve been having some sciatica problems for over a year now, in which my doctor said my shoes are one of the causes of my discomfort. I had bought these insoles and a brand new pair of work shoes (skechers slip resistant) and took out the soles that came with the work shoes and put these ones in. The first 3 days, the arches of my feet were a little sore (I might be flat footed I just don’t know lol) and it took that same amount of time for my heels to get used to wearing an insole, after that my feet began to adjust to the insole and i rarely come home with any sciatica pain now. My partner used to have to massage my feet after a shift due to the extreme tightness and pain that radiated through my heels and toes. On top of the massage, I would need to elevate my feet at all times to help the blood flow away from my heels and it didn't really relieve much of the pain. Now I don’t need them massaged because whatever pain I get in my heel, it gets absorbed into the insole. This is my first time purchasing any type of insole for shoes, so to me this is definitely worth your money as someone who is constantly on their feet. They are pretty narrow, so definitely not wide foot friendly, and you can cut off any excess to adjust the size! The smallest size offered was a 6 in women, and I’m a 5 1/2 w, so I had my stepdad cut the excess and it fits perfectly!

There good arch support, but as far a alievating plantars pain...not so much..my foot primarily was ahead of the heal..within walking around half day pain moved to the heel area totally...after 3 weeks the pain in still there and come back to front area once i take by boots off

I have very high arches and struggle to find comfortable inserts that also fit well in my shoes/sneakers. I do have custom orthotics from the podiatrist, but unfortunately, they only fit into one pair of shoes I own so I needed an option for my other shoes. I have tried several brands of inserts over the years and these are the most comfortable I’ve found. These inserts fit perfectly in my Brooks sneakers as well as my Groovy Glides leather walking shoes. My first pair are still working after a year so now I’m buying a second pair.

Ho acquistato le PCSsole Ortopediche perché da tempo soffro di fascite plantare e dolori al tallone, soprattutto dopo giornate lunghe in piedi o camminate. Devo dire che sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto: appena inserite nelle scarpe ho sentito subito un miglior sostegno dell’arco plantare e una distribuzione più equilibrata del peso. La differenza si nota soprattutto alla fine della giornata: non ho più quella sensazione di bruciore sotto al piede e i dolori al tallone si sono ridotti notevolmente. Le solette sono robuste ma allo stesso tempo comode, non ingombrano e si adattano bene a diverse scarpe (le ho provate sia nelle sneaker che nelle scarpe da lavoro). Un altro aspetto che mi ha colpito è la qualità dei materiali: resistenti ma morbidi nei punti giusti. Non si scaldano troppo e mantengono una buona traspirazione. Le consiglio vivamente a chi soffre di fascite plantare, piede piatto o semplicemente cerca più comfort e supporto nelle proprie scarpe. Per me sono diventate indispensabili.

These insoles are high quality and very comfortable for inserting in footwear. The arch support is phenomenal, and much better than some professional orthotics which I have previously had custom made. There is adequate cushioning in the forefoot. I am using them for everyday use in shoes, boots and athletic foot wear.
