Packaging is good, assembly is easy. What i was expecting I received, quality is fine, comfortable according to price. Color is exactly as shown in the pictures, you can consider in 5400 INR. Worth the money.

The office chair is good overall, but the neck support does not stay in the correct position. Even after adjusting it, the position changes when I rest my head on it. The packaging and delivery were excellent. I was also unable to lock the chair's reclining/bending mechanism properly. For normal use, the chair is fine, but it becomes uncomfortable when sitting continuously for 12–14 hours. Other than that, it is a good chair.

Best chair in the segment , comes with a strong and nice body. Installation was simple ans easy. Height adjustment is ok , comfort and size is also good. Coming with 3year warranty which is also good , nice customer care support.

Chair is very good, build quality is nice, but this chair is not for the person having height more than 5.10ft. I am 6.1ft and the neck support is useless. This height limitation is not mentioned anyware in the product description because of which giving 3 stars. So if you are more than 5.10ft in height then don't buy this

I bought this ergonomic chair from Astride yesterday and assembly was easy for me. I liked the ergonomic design and the seat cushioning which is firm and helpful in lower back pain issues because I am having disc bulge issues. Sitting is comfortable and lumbar support is decent as well given the price. Adjustable handrest and headrest works fine, gas lift also with lock and unlock features for recliner. Packing was smooth and well maintained, on time delivery as well. One of the handrest is just a little bit of loose but that's not a major issue, works fine. Minor dust mark on the seat which is understood. Overall it's a good purchase for me in this budget.

Came pre-assembled but wrapped in plastic bags, so I had to take it apart and reassemble it. Who does that? It would be better to just deliver it fully disassembled. Now I’m forced to disassemble and reassemble it again, trying not to damage anything in the process. Why??? For almost 400 AED, the build quality is so poor — it even smells like cow manure. Some screws are already rusty. Seriously, can’t you at least keep the screws in an oiled package?

Good chair, comfortable only issue head rest and hand rest if only it could be more moveable it wouldve been 5stars. Great value for mkney.
