I ordered contact cleaner, but got a bottle that says gun cleaner. Is this the same product?

Gun Cleaner is the newer version/packaging. It is also less likely to damage a greater variety of plastics. At least this has been my experience and I have used several cans of each. Good stuff.

It says safe for incidental contact of polymer I have a polymer Sig P320 is this safe to use to clean the entire gun?

It says "polymer safe" on the can and I've used it both a popular polymer framed Austrian pistol and a take down rifle who's fraction reduces to 5/11 great results.

How many 11oz cans are in the " 1 pack" ?

I purchased a box of 12 that cost me over $100. Just from the price of this "pack", it sure seems like one can to me. Why they are calling it a pack, it sure seems like deception to me.
