Does NOT fit Model ES5000
Product title specifically states "Charger for Booster PAC ES2500 AC/DC Adapter for ES5000 ..." This charger does NOT fit the Booster PAC ES5000. I do not know if it fits any of the other listed models, but it definitely does NOT fit the ES5000.
