Thermometer is glass and breaks easily
The thermometer broke while I was trying to install it. It is very fragile so be careful. I love the idea of it tho. It’s plenty deep for keys with ID tags on it. Has a place to hang 2 which is very handy. It doesn’t come with a way to mount it to siding or anything other than wood so plan ahead if you plan to affix it to anything else.

For the price this is a good item. It does look kinda cheap and it isn't a working thermometer but i think it may work if put in the right spot.

Cheap
You get what you pay for. Thermometer fell out as soon as I opened it. Very cheap. But of course, it was cheap.

Very sturdy and easy to use
I needed something to hide my keys but I could open with one hand while bringing in groceries or something and this fit the bill perfectly. My one complaint is it squeaks every time I slide it open.
