Snugl neck cushion
Arrived with only the cover no pillow inside. Please advise. On the bag is written Spare Cover black. There should also be a pillow with a cover.

I don’t understand why anyone thinks this is comfortable - good customer service though
No matter how I turned it, it pushed my neck forward. I did receive help getting a refund through customer service which was much appreciated.
