Can it be used under lipstick?

Yes, it makes a nourishing base under lipstick. The hydrating Vitamin E core and sunflower butter deliver deep conditioning moisture, so lips stay soft, and color glides on smoothly without settling into fine lines.

Is Julep It's Balm long lasting?

Julep It's Balm offers hydrating long-wear color that stays comfortable through extended wear without feeling dry or leaving lips looking dull. Twist up It's Balm and reapply throughout the day for fresh color and moisture.

Does this tinted balm contain SPF?

No, it does not contain SPF. It's Balm focuses on hydration, with antioxidant-rich oils that keep lips conditioned. For sun protection, apply a lip SPF first, then layer this tinted balm on top for a pop of color.

Is the pigment buildable?

Yes, one swipe gives a subtle, barely-there tint, while layering builds bolder coverage. For deeper color, apply multiple layers until you reach your desired intensity. Darker shades offer the richest color payoff.
