It is not an antibiotic gel. It does however work well as a dressing on cuts and burns.

This collagen gel really helped heal a stubborn, stalled wound.

I use this now that I am not able to get EMT gel any longer. This stuff works great at healing wounds, especially stubborn wounds that are not healing. I use this for myself, my dogs, my horses and even my ringtail lemurs.

I never heard of coloplast. My surgeon called in the fantastic stuff. The nurse gave me the information to purchase as this cream helps heal wounds. She said it’s great to have on hand to help speed up the process of healing. I have 4 incisions that are taking forever to heal. In the last four days of using you can see the difference already. I did get these gel instead of the paste. The paste is like diaper cream so use sparingly as it spreads. It will also coat the skin and may make it hard to have a bandage stick. So far the gel is easy to control.
