Frontier Natural Products Adobo Seasoning, Og, 81 g

My friend in the US uses adobo seasoning in nearly every meal because it lifts the taste of savoury dishes. She is absolutely right. This seasoning can be used in a multitude of dishes and enhances each and every one. I used it in baked peppers and my son said it was tastier than normal. Unlike many blends it is not overpowering when used and there is no slight chemical taste, simply because the blend is completely natural. The seasoning contains salt so you might need to add less to your recipe than you normally would. The herbs taste fresher than in most dried blends and the mix is certified organic. The jar is packed to the brim and I think it will last for quite a long time. The ingredients are not listed by Amazon, so here they are: Sea salt, garlic, onion, black pepper, oregano, bay, turmeric.

this is just a mix of herbs... not sure what makes it Adobo. I only taste pizza.

I was worried when i saw this the first time, but a friend recommended it, and I am impressed! It's super flavorfull. I use it on anything and everything. It's like a one stop spice! It goes on eggs, potatos, meats, soups, hot dishes, you name it. If I'm cooking something and would normally add a spice to it- (salt to cumin and beyond), I just reach for this. You will, too. No home should be without it!!

I've never tried Adobo seasoning before so I have nothing to compare this too. That being said, I love it. The flavor is so good. I'm always leery of spice blends because so often the salt content is so high that's the first thing you taste. Even though this has salt the balance with the other seasonings is perfect. Salt is not the first thing you taste. I will definitely buy this again

This spice blend works well for many dishes. I'm vegetarian, so this applies to various veggie bowls, on top of avocado toast, and with rice. Unlike other seasonings, this one runs out the fastest and I have purchased multiple times. On top of that, Frontier is an organic brand that I trust. Highly recommend you give it a try!

Adobe seasoning is my new fave, and I cook with it frequently. The previous blend I had was quite vibrant. This one is also good but a slightly different proportion of spices. Still a good value and I would purchase it again.
