Can this remain mounted on the house in winter where the temperature falls below zero?

I have mine mounted on my brick wall for about 3 years and it is still working fine. But then I am in the US South, not much sub-zero temperatures here. There is nothing that will freeze on the thing. I suppose if you get to Antarctic temperatures the plastic parts may crack.... SOL.
