Not clear dosage
These are tasty but gooey. Only problem, according to dosage, I should be taking half a gummy - they are hard to cut in half. According to bottle, I should take 2 a day so... who knows.

Stick to teeth - GMP
The taste of these gummies is quite good but they are slightly thicker and stick to your teeth more than other CoQ10 gummies our family has tried (we have tried several). I let them dissolve in my mouth to avoid the teeth sticking issue.I like that they have the Good Manufacturing Practice Certification.
