I purchased this 12V 20Ah LiFePO4 battery for my Silent Partner Smart tennis ball machine. Unfortunately, after two years the battery began to lose power during operation, and the performance became increasingly inconsistent.I contacted ECO-WORTHY customer service and explained the situation in detail. Charlie was very responsive, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. They offered several solutions and ultimately issued me a full refund. Although the battery did not work out for my particular application, I am very impressed with ECO-WORTHY’s customer service. They stood behind their customer and handled the issue professionally and respectfully. I would definitely consider ECO-WORTHY again in the future because of the excellent customer service experience.

Great battery for a DIY solar generator. I made one using this battery and coupled it with a 100 watt solar panel and controller. I found it to be a good value and has good capacity to keep your devices charged. I use it to charge my phone and other power banks. It is very portable, small enough to to carry around with enough capacity to be functional and useful. My DIY solar generator is 256 watt hours using this battery. I have considered getting more to make my generator have larger capacity. You can wire them together to expand the capacity of your generator/power bank. Its Lif04 - Lithium Iron Phosphate chemistry allows 3000-4000 recharges, it should last for for over 10 years. I have been using this battery for a year and a half as of July 2025.
