Sturdy, easy to use. Just don’t close it all the way. There are marks on the slider to show you where to stop to temporarily close the container and a spot showing you where to close permanently. Be careful to not completely close it until full, because it will not open back up. Fits easily in a pocket. Great for on the go and well designed. Well worth the money and can hold quite a few needle caps. Please not, they will not hold the caps over the needle. I will be buying more as needed.

Used when traveling. Ideal compact size. Just be careful not to fully close container until you fill it up.

These are perfect for travel. I do gigs that involve hopping state lines and staying away from home a couple weeks at a time, and this tucks right in my medicine bag with no muss and no fuss. I've also given some away to friends who were going on trips. The lock is solid, but it is easy to accidentally lock it, so I'm always a little bit paranoid I'll waste one accidentally. They feel solid and none have ever broken, and are labeled sufficiently for the trash when you finally lock them. Nowhere around me accepts sharps containers for disposal so the trash is all we have, so this is perfect. Way better than friends who have to use old detergent bottles with stickers and tape.

A travel essential for diabetics. This is the perfect size to safety store lancets for disposal after traveling. Plenty of capacity if you only need to check glucose occasionally. More than enough room for a three week trip in Thailand and Cambodia, and five weeks in Costa Rica. Make sure that the "temporary" lid lock clicks when you close it so it doesn't slide open. The "permanent" lid lock when ready for disposal is solid.

These sharps containers are a great travel item. One lasted two months of daily single injection use (I took two just in case). They were easy to pack and went through TSA with no problem. They are also great in our small camper where space is at a premium. This was the second time they were delivered in two years. One thing, be careful to close them without locking them shut. I had to break on open to finish filling it on a trip.

I guess I didn't look at the size. They are small, but great to fit into my medical bag or even a purse. Be careful not to lock it before you fill it, those locks do not come undone!! Glad it was a three pack of them, lesson learned.

If I could give it a zero, I would. It is meant to be portable to be taken with you on a trip. I am in Europe and first one that I tried to use locked on me when I thought I was only doing Closed. And even though it said it was closed, needle that I managed to get in there was able to come out because the sliding panel doesn't stay shut. On top of that, my pens kept spinning when I tried to unscrew the needle. I had to use my cap and loosen it before putting it into the sharps container. If I could give it a zero, I would. I am now in Europe for 2 weeks and cannot make this work.

Love this product. A great value meets and needs in many ways small enough to be in pocket or carry bag glove box dust drawer, and many other convenient locations will be buying again.
