Gaia Series Isolation Feet for Speakers & Subwoofers (Gaia III, 32 kg max) – Set of 4

These are beautifully made, and come nicely packaged. There are a variety of thread sizes in the box for fitting. There are also QR codes available to for help, including a link to a video of how to fit these correctly. There's some simple assembly of the screw threads into the feet, and then into the speaker. None of it is difficult but it's worth watching the video, it really does speed up then process. In terms of sound quality, I can only speak of my personal experiences. I had got my systems pretty much as good as I could get it without more investment, these isolation feet added that last few percent. I think they help to improve the sound quality. In my system, there is a bit better separation of the instruments, a bit more detail in the sound such as being to hear background instruments and sounds a little better, a bit bigger soundstage, a bit tighter bass, the sound is a bit more cohesive....but all these small improvements make a difference. I bought the GAIA III, which were pretty much £400. That's quite a lot for something that the speakers just sit on. However, anyone who is considering these has already likely invested a fair amount of money in their system, and wasted a fair amount too trying to extract the best possible sound. So, these isolation feet are one of those types of investments, it will either work in your system or it won't. I think there are going to be fairly small gains if you have already spent a fair amount of time and money optimising your system. Those small gains though are important. I'd rather that these had cost half the amount, but they are a high quality product. I'm happy with them, they have improved the sound from my system, and that was the whole point. My tip is, find a store that has a 30 day money back guarantee. Try them out and send them back if they don't work for you.

So I was researching various isolation feet for my Q Acoustics Concept 50 towers and I came across these Gaia 3 form Iso Acoustics. I read many, many reviews and the common thread was that these have a dramatic effect on the sound of the speakers. At nearly £400 for a set of 8, it was a considerable purchase for what could be just snake oil. But I was blown away with the dramatic effect these really do have of the overall sound of my system. Very open, transparent and full of life. Incredible bass. You could literally shut your eyes and hear an A/B difference. I wouldnt even say it was a slight difference but it's huge. If you are sitting on the fence then don't, it's worth getting them and taking advantage of Amazon's return policy for 30 days. All I can say is that I will not be returning these. They are staying firmly on my speakers. The only negative thing I could say was in the setup process having to have the logo facing forward in order for the pads to work correctly as they are directional. But once you set them up that's it. You won't need to do it again. Overall I would give these a 10/10 relating. Very pleased.

I am absolutely blown away with what they did to my set-up. I have upgraded many components in my Hi-Fi system but this is absolutely the best one. I keep listening all my favourite albums again. I was blaming my room acoustics as we have concrete floor for not great listening experience. Did a lot to minimise the reflection but got to the point I decided to give up and than I thought let's try Gaia's as I can always send them back. They are not cheap but for what they did I think they worth every penny spent on them. The sound is just amazing, separation between instruments is great, nice tight bass (not muddled anymore) and I can listen just more details and I don't get listening fatigue anymore. I feel like I have upgraded the speakers. And the last thing they look stunning 👍

Amazing transformation in the clarity and timing of the music

How can screw in lumps of metal make your hifi sound even slightly better. I have no idea but they really do. I bought two sets through Amazon just to try, knowing that if this was all a bit rubbish then I could return them. I screwed them to my Partington dreadnought stands and waited for the first track to play with nothing but doubt. They make the sound much richer. More focus on vocals and instruments. A hugely more dynamic sound, much more bass. Soundstage is wider. No problem recommending them. They are expensive, but if you are finding your system a bit flat sounding then try them. They work. Cheaper than upgrading.

I was recommended to try these by my local hi-fi dealer after purchasing new B&W702S3. I read rave reviews about the effects of these but was sceptical given the price. I went for the Gaia III since my speakers were only 1kg "over the limit" before having to spend another £200 for two sets of Gaia II. Only downside was that I had to order the appropriate threaded connectors from Futuresounds as none of the 'standard' ones supplied by Isoacoustics fitted - would have been nice to be able to select the appropriate fittings free of charge when purchasing, not having to pay an additional fee to get them to fit. Anyhow, on to the important bit. If you have hard floors and are happy with the speaker positioning then I suggest you mark it up beforehand because once fitted & in position they don't want to move! I thought my speakers sounded good beforehand but adding these tightened the bass and consequently improved the soundstage and clarity of the sound (speakers were previously on B&W supplied feet). I played tracks that I had used for the original demo and immediately knew I would be keeping the Gaias. Highly recommended if you have good quality speakers.

This upgrade with my PMC speakers, has been nothing short of phenomenal! Could describe the improvement to clarity separation, bass control, but better just to say that they allow the speakers to just sound right, as though liberating the full potential of the speakers. Maybe the suspended wooden floor was adversely effecting the sound, but these simple though good looking isolators have brought about a huge improvement. The upgrade has been on a par with a very costly power supply upgrade for my turntable. They’re that good! Extremely highly recommended accessory. The hype was right!!

The Iso Accoustic Gaia lll speaker (and speaker stand) isolation feet receive good reviews from many respected HI-Fi publications and Youtube HI-Fi / Audio reviewers. However, at £400 per set of 8 (i.e. 4 per speaker or stand) they don't represent a particularly cheap upgrade and I have never seen them being offered at a discount, by any supplier. Regardless however, I decided to treat myself to a set of these over Christmas for a couple of reasons. Firstly, as my speakers are KEF LS50 Wireless lls, there is essentially no other upgrade path (other than adding a sub-woofer at even greater expense) because all the electronics are contained within the speaker cabinets, including 380 watts of amplification per speaker, DACs and streaming module. Secondly, the dedicated KEF S2 stands upon which my speakers are mounted are supplied with spikes, together with little steel cups that are intended to protect the surface of one's hard floors. Unfortunately however, if the speakers are either moved or inadvertently knocked, its a real faff to reposition the steel cups beneath the spikes. So substituting the Gaia llls for the standard KEF spikes and cups makes it so much easier to move or reposition the speakers, as the Gaias are permanently screwed into the base of the stands. In terms of any improvements in sound quality as a result of installing the Gaias , as I have only just installed them, it's quite difficult to say. This is especially so because the possibility of a normal punter like me performing an A / B comparison in one's own home or listening environment is virtually impossible without having 2 identical sets of speakers (and stands) available (one with the Gaias fitted and one without). However although I can't be absolutely certain after the minimal testing I have carried out so far, the bass response of my speakers seems to have improved a little and the soundstaging also appears to have improved, with greater clarity in terms of instrument separation and positioning etc. Obviously, I'll get a clearer impression after conducting further listening tests (at higher volumes when my wife is out!) but so far, so good (I think!). One last positive benefit is that once fitted, the Gaias look quite cool, with their dark chrome finish blending in very well with the grey finish of my speakers and stands! If you're thinking of purchasing the Gaias, its worth watching the A / B test carried out by Terry Ellis on the "Pursuit Perfect Systems" YouTube channel. Admittedly the test was carried out using absolutely top-notch audio kit that would probably be far beyond the budget of most people, but this demonstration does provide some indication of the sound improvement that installing Gaia Isolation feet can produce.

I purchased a set of ISO Accoustics Gaia 3 to support my B&W CDM7SE floor standing loudspeakers. I initially bought them to get the floor standing speakers off the floor and give them some stability. I was surprised to hear the noticeable improvement in 5he sound from the speakers with the Gaias installed. Better soundstage, Tighter bass. They made the speakers come alive. Great product and a good investment for anyone looking to improve their audiophile experience.

Bought these the GAIA III isolation feet for my Tannoy Turnberry speakers as an upgrade to the stock plastic footers. Pros: - Solid construction - Fairly easy to install Cons: - Expensive for what they are Overall, I would consider these an upgrade to stock footers or spikes, and they provide decent isolation.
