I was skeptical but willing to try this as my next step was going to be steroids, and after a month I'm entirely satisfied. My eyelids are no longer irritated, my eyelashes have grown back in (they had almost completely fallen out on about half of my left eye, and my vision is clearer with less dryness and mucus blurring them in the evening. It hasn't caused any stinging even though I think I probably did get some in my eyes a few times, and I don't really smell anything with it. The texture is not foamy or soapy, it's more like a shaving gel, and the dispenser puts out a tiny little amount (which is plenty for both eyes) so it lasts a good long time. I'm using it twice a day for 30 seconds right on the eyelids and especially along the lashes, then moving to the surrounding areas (eyebrows, nose, cheeks) after finishing the eyelids. I do substitute the wipes sometimes if I'm away on a trip, if I needed to get to bed faster and didn't want to get my whole face wet again, or for an extra refresher if I'm around a lot of dust or pollen during the day, and recommend keeping them on hand. They are very convenient to have a few with me, and some extras at home. But I find this product to be more pleasant and to get the whole eyelid easier, and it's plenty convenient to use at home. It's the one I've found myself using most of the time. And it really does seem to have worked, my eyelids are better than they've been in at least 2 years. I will definitely be a regular customer.

This review is for the NOVEHA Demodex Extra Strength Eyelid Gel Cleanser. I bought it for my itchy eyebrows, itchy eye lashes, eye stye, and crusty eyes when I wake up. I cannot say enough about this product. While it isn’t a cure for my issues, it has helped tremendously while I await an appointment with the ophthalmologist. I suspect I have an over abundance of demodex mites due to improper hygiene habits. I have extremely dry, parched face skin. Yes, the kind that is so tight after washing with cleanser and water. Some days I was only using a cleanser that I would wipe off (not rinse) or just using water alone to cleanse. Then slather on moisturizer to soothe my face skin. This product is very gentle on my dry skin issues. Doesn’t sting the eyes when applied. I gently rub it around my eyelash lines and eyebrows then rinse off with water. Sometimes in the shower I let it just sit on my eyes/face for a few min while I wash the rest of myself. That’s how non stinging and non drying I have experienced this product to be. It has helped with the itching. And skin doesn’t feel dried out. In fact, it’s helped my skin around my eyes stay soft and hydrated without moisturizing as I’m trying to keep eye area clear of any buildup until I see doctor. I use this in conjunction the Noveha Demodex eyelid and lash wipes. I use the wipes in between day/night wash up if I get itchy and sometimes when I first wake up and the eye crud is so much I can barely open my eyes. My only issue is that the bottle has a label wrapped all the way around, and bottle isn’t transparent so you can’t see how much product is left. Otherwise, this product is well worth it. One squirt to wash each eyelid. Skin feels clean, soft, and refreshed.

Great product to keep your eyelids clean without any irritation. Also Fragrance-free. Effective to keep you from getting a sty. Just as described.

Great item. Works. Has a nice smell to it and it's very easy to use.

It cleans your lids about as well as anything else. Nothing really special, though the brand is recommended by my eye doctor. The main problem is the container. The cap fits very tight and when you pull the cap off, the entire top of the container also comes off leaking the product everywhere. Based on that, I can't really recommend.

Have only been using it a few days and there has been already a big difference, will last a long time as you need very little to get a nice foam, I will be using other products to do a comparison.

I don't normally go in for posting reviews but this has been such a revelation I feel it deserves praise. I have quite long eyelashes but have suffered from irritable eyelids and mild blepharitis for many years. I had tried various eyelid wipes and cleansers without any real improvement. More recently I had been loosing eyelashes and experienced gaps in the lash line on each eye. Using a small microscope I found there were often quite high numbers of Demodex folliculorum on the shed lashes and found that an over-population can cause irritation and loose lash issues. I found this product and thought I would try it and after two weeks of use the improvement was significant. A month of use, twice a day, has seen my lashes regrow and irritation is now almost non-existent. I have found only two visible mites in the last fortnight where before I could find four or more on one lash. Instructions for use would have been helpful but I found using a small squirt, splitting this into two and the using middle fingers to gently massage the lids and lashes for at least 30 seconds, paying special attention to the bases of the lashes, before rinsing has worked for me. Bottle size is quite small and this makes it seem quite expensive, but you only need a very small amount each time and for the benefit it gave, I think its well worth the money.

Ich habe nur den Deckel des Pumpspender abziehen wollen und habe den kompletten Spender abgezogen. Der Deckel ist fester drauf als der Spender. So ist ist keine Sterilität gewährleistet und der Transport kann eine unliebsame Überraschung bieten.
