I love using this salt for cooking. It works well on a variety of food surfaces. It has a great taste and it doesn't disintegrate so easily. It has a great texture. It grinds consistently. The size of the crystals is perfect. I do tend to be biased towards Italian products. Because the products are generally of good quality, this salt is no exception. It remains a staple in my kitchen. I recoend this high quality product.

The product is great and a good value. My only complaint is that it arrived with the bottom of the container completely cracked open and I lost some salt. Transferred to a new container and luckily didn't lose too much. Still would purchase again, but needs to be packaged better for shipping.

This salt holds its own: longevity, flavor, not overly salty and the price is right.
