Excellent carob powder!
This was my first time buying this powder. Before doing so I did some research and found out that carob powder is healthier than cocoa. This product works well and tastes great!

Delicious!
Good supplement to chocolate used for baking and other desserts. It has a slight carob aftertaste, but that's normal.

Best Carob Powder!
Finally, a carob powder that isn't bitter! This one is naturally sweet and makes a great chocolate substitute. Highly recommend!

Nasty
Nasty Nasty Nasty. I may be wrong because I didn't back with it. I was trying to make hit chose with 0% fat mike and monk fruit. Raw it tastes like cut grass from your yard that has been rotting in a grass bag.

Great Alternative to Cacao Powder
While Cacao is higher in most nutrients, aside from calcium, carob powder is more naturally sweet whereas cacao can be bitter at times. We use this in smoothies and some baked goods and it’s wonderful. This is a massive amount of carob powder, so if you’re unsure of using it, maybe try a smaller sample elsewhere. Otherwise, this container should last a couple of years.

Good flavor, but need to mix carefully
The carob powder has good flavor, but you will need to mix carefully & thoroughly, especially in cold milk. I am avoiding sugar & caffeine, so I add some of this carob powder & some aspartame to some low-fat milk & then stir it for a while with a battery powered whisk. Not bad at all.

Good quality
Good quality good taste I like the fact that it's already in a solid container as opposed to a plastic bag... As I use it for protein shakes flavoring of them every morning and it's so much easier to just take a tablespoon out of the container then out of a bag and yes I know you can take the bag and put it in another container however the stuff is pretty powdery so it stays neat and tidy and it is very tasty
