This gaming tower exceeded my expectations, the price was very affordable compared to other ones and the built was neat and clean, excellent job. I like the feature with the button on the case where you can change the RGB colors. I choose this tower because I wanted a neat gaming pc but i didn't wanted to go with the cheapest option here on the marketplace, you know the old saying, 'you get what you paid for'. Also, the wifi feature is great, it is Wi-Fi 6 with a built in card, this makes it more speedy than the other ones. I also ran a couple benchmark tests on it using furmark and superposition, well.. it passed all of my stress testing without any problems. for example when I ran Furmark the video card stayed always cool around 70 degrees, which is pretty cool actually for a 4K load test with 8X MSAA Same thing with Superposition on a 4K load test I got 38 FPS and then running in 1080p I was getting 66 FPS which Is pretty smooth gameplay considering this video card is an entry level. The accessories that came with it are not so great but not so bad either, I think the company foucs was the pc itself not the accessories, not a deal breaker for me, I rather have a great pc nicely built, that's my opinion. It came packaged in a plain cardboard box with Styrofoam. The accessories came protected inside of a thick air bag like the ones that are used for wine bottles, there was zero damage for any of these items or the PC itself. I checked the software and the PC comes with an authentic genuine windows digital license that allows me to update the computer online. Also, there was not software installed other than the windows and the video card control panel, I like this because there was not bloatware or Spyware or anything, just a genuine clean fresh installation of windows. Also, in the back of the PC there was am sticker with a serial number and with the contact information for the company in case I needed their support. Overall I feel very satisfied with my purchase, and I would recommend this PC to any one looking for an entry level starter gaming pc or with a budget.

Bought this PC for gaming. Arrived DOA, failed to POST. I could have just returned to Amazon and moved on. Instead, I called their service number. Smart move for me! Service tech was polite and very helpful. Guided me through a few tests that showed it was indeed dead. He said that if I ship it back to the company (the maker not Amazon) at their expense (FedEx), they would send a replacement. I received an e-mail with a fedex label, shipped it, got a call when they received it and was told the new one was checked and confirmed to boot successfully and they were about to ship it. New one works great. This company has a priority on delivering a product that works. I value that kind of service and support. The replacement works fine and does what I want it to do for me. I would repeat.

all the reviews saying it’s fast are wrong. it takes at least a full 30 seconds to load youtube, it can barely even run roblox (which can usually run on anything), and downloads take forever. it took the sims 4 3 whole days to download. not even good for daily tasks, since it takes minutes for sites to load. also it lies when it says it has 1 tb of storage, it has 950 gb. also, for some reason, my windows installation was missing some programs?? it can’t even upgrade to windows 11. the keyboard and mouse are cheaply made and the wifi adapter broke the day after i got it. not worth your money or time. on top of that, shipping was also delayed. you’re better off getting a $300 laptop than this

Plays games like Roblox and Minecraft alright. But Fortnite lags like crazy. Save the money, don’t get scammed

Is able to play games but definitely need to buy a surge protector to plug it into had power cut out two times during a storm and it fried my GPU. other than that its still running really well. if you want to play more games on higher graphics though then a better pc would be better.

Very happy with the computer runs really good actually. I was a little sceptical about it at first so I paid extra for a longer warranty but I've been using it for over three months now and playing different games from GTA 5 online, rainbow six siege...etc on high graphics settings. Kinda shocked about how well it performed for such a low budget PC. If your on a budget or new to gaming this computer is solid.

Had a small issue with graphics card but customer service was awesome! Got the computer to them they fixed it right up and got it shipped fast seem to be in tip top shape now Thanks Electronic Monkey!
