This is a very high quality container that is perfect for entertaining. It keeps the liquid nice and hot and adds capacity when needed to ensure people don't have to wait around for another pot of coffee to be made. It is easy to clean with the brush that is included in the box. It does not look or feel cheap and is a nice addition to your kitchen wares.

Worked fabulously for my hot chocolate - I needed a more convenient way to serve it during winter holiday. Heated it up in a slow cooker transferred it over. Great capacity. Easy to use. Looks great. Cleaning is a bit cumbersome with hinged top, but the included brush makes it easier to clean out the inside. I felt it did a great job keeping the chocolate toasty warm.

I use this for my morning coffee rather than keeping it the coffee pot. It keeps the coffee hot for several hours. I highly recommend this carafe.

*** UPDATE *** I have updated my previous review below. I emailed Cresimo's customer service on 1/6/25 and received a response from them the same day. They asked for a picture of the broken item which I sent back by email. Wendell from Cresimo's customer service replied on 1/7/25 stating they would replace it and we should expect it to arrive on 1/15/25 - IT ARRIVED ON 1/15/25 AS PROMISED. - OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SUPORT. I increased my rating based on the timely response and great communication from them. I would suggest to always email and do not depend on leaving a phone message in a general mailbox.. I purchased this air pot in August 2024. It does a good job of keeping coffee hot for a couple of hours.. Unfortunately, in less that five months the handle snapped, as shown in the attached photo. I tried duct taping the handle until I find a replacement but that was useless. I've contacted their customer support by email and am awaiting a response.. I will update this review once I hear from their customer support group.

I’ve been using this coffee airpot carafe with a cleaning brush, and it works really well for keeping beverages hot for long periods of time. It keeps hot water and coffee hot for up to 12 hours, making it perfect for use at home, in the office, or at events. The pump dispenser is very easy to use and pours smoothly without spilling. I also like that it comes with a cleaning brush, which makes cleaning the inside much easier, especially since the opening is narrow. The insulation is strong, and the exterior stays cool to the touch. I’ve used it for coffee, tea, and hot water, and it consistently maintains the temperature for hours. Overall, this is a practical and reliable airpot dispenser. I highly recommend it if you need hot drinks available all day without the need for constant reheating.

Does a nice job with our coffee, looks nice, easy to use and bigger than our old one. Had only a week, we will see long it lasts, but we like it very much right now.

Like some other reviews, our issue is that this product fundamentally does not do what it is meant to do - it does not keep its contents hot! We pour half of our coffee in our mugs and the other half in the carafe. We immediately seal the carafe lid and don't touch it again until we're ready for more coffee, around 2 hours later. But at this 2 hour mark, the coffee we pour out of the carafe is barely warm enough to feel any heat through the mug. My cheap travel mug I got for free from a work vendor keeps heat better than this carafe. I feel cheated. This is supposed to be a "Good Housekeeping recommended" carafe, and we got garbage. I couldn't be more displeased with the purchase or with the company. I would give this zero stars if I could.

It is large, which is what I wanted. It holds my whole teapot full of tea, which is wonderful. Two things would improve it up to 5 stars: 1, if the top came apart for easier cleaning; 2, if the opening was wider to be able to get my hand in it. Neither of these things make it unusable, it would just be more convenient.

I have purchased this product twice, and on both occasions, the pump mechanism has failed to function correctly, dispensing only minimal amounts of liquid. I am uncertain if I am overlooking a fundamental operational step, as the device appears to have a straightforward design.
