Quality Build and Heavy. It really smashes the meat and makes a proper smash burger. it's also big enough the press 2 sandwiches in a 12 pan.

This weighty stainless steel bacon press is the best defense to have (almost) flat bacon at breakfast or anytime that foodstuff is in the recipe. It also cuts down on the splatter and clean-up is a snap! This simple but effective kitchen aid also allows the flat bacon when cooled to be able to "crunch" into uniform bits more effectively for adding to a salad in lieu of the artificial bits available in the store. The press can also be used for burgers, but my preference is the high thick patty and not the "smashed variety.

Exactly what I was looking for, Input it to use the same day I bought it. It’s a good weight and size and since it’s round it works perfect in my iron skillet. It’s solid and well made.

This is a wonderful bacon press, although I bought it for hamburgers and steaks also. The thickness of the stainless-steel base and weight of the press provide enough pressure to get the job done. Also, easy cleanup and care. Senior tested; senior approved.

Good quality, nice and heavy. One rivet was smashed a little harder than the rest and caused a slight protrusion of the surrounding metal, but no big deal.

I have wanted one of these for quite a while, but most of the ones I see here are like, four inches. This thing is eight and a half inches!! Big enough for my House Burgers!! (Quote from Eddy Murphy. Credit where due :-D)I make 1 lb. burgers. This is big enough to handle it. I also ironed my bacon with it! I have never had bacon so flat before!! :-DWell made. No visible defects. Someone was complaining about something on this, but mine is as close to perfect as I need it. Almost imperceptible dents where it’s attached. Why they didn’t weld it? I don’t know. Or care really. This is a nice bit of kit.

Tired of your undersized 5" burger press? I was! I got the Hulisen 8.5" burger press and now I can smash anything! This press is heavy! It is heavier than it looks and is solid stainless steel. I used it last weekend for my smash burgers and it works great! I smashed my 1/3 cup burger balls down flat. It smashed them a lot flatter than I was getting with my 5" press and I got perfect crust on my burgers. I also did not use any parchment paper on them and none of them stuck. I pressed them and held them for about 10 seconds, did a little twist while I removed it and all burger patties came off clean, no tears. I also didn't need to use my blue silicone Smurf glove while I was smashing and got very little grease splatter. It was all contained under the burger press. It also has a nice wooden handle, so no burning your hand when the press gets hot. Okay, I really didn't need the 8.5" press, but it looked so intimidating (to the burger) so I went for it. I do not regret going big. I am very impressed with the Hulisen burger press and will enjoy using it for years to come! Hulk like! Hulk smash!

We purchased one, my husband loved it, so we ordered another. Works great on bacon and smash burgers. Going to try on so many different foods.
