Easy to use, does the job
This thing is great. Easy to use and does the job. Works perfectly for CBS and FOX tickers. Doesn't quite cover the entire ESPN ticker, but enough that you'll never spoil anything for yourself.

It works great!
Does exactly what it is described to do. I don’t know what size tv’s display “tickers” that are thicker than the 2” tv jockstrap. We have a 47” flat screen tv, and this covers our bottom line tickers easily...and then some.FYI, it wraps around the tv completely. If there are protruding cables, mounting devices or stands in the line of the strap, this may cause an inconvenience. This strap is easy to attach and to adjust. I suppose, if you have a much larger tv, the strap might thin as it gets stretched; which may interfere with its coverage...Perhaps they will be making a larger strap as tv sizes increase. If I had to note one issue with it:It is made of a nice stretchy elastic material, and because of this it is a mat/flat black (as opposed to the shiny surface that most tv’s are made of). This really makes it stand out. Especially when the tv is off, and/or during daytime/daylight. It then takes on a clunky look attached to the tv.Regardless, this is the best remedy available (so far) to blank out those annoying spoiler tickers.I would rate this product a strong 8.5 out of 10

finally a simple solution to annoying banners at bottom of screen
I've created several devices over the years to solve the problem this product solves, only this product works much better. I started with black paper taped to the side of the tv, but it was messy. Then I had a long cardboard tube painted black hung on 2 strings with a couple of washers to counter weight. Finally, I got a capture card, sent the video (from tivo) to a computer and wrote a cropping app adjustable w/mouse wheel. This worked best, but time consuming to set up each time and I couldn't get the full resolution, only 720p. Still I hate those banners, so that was my solution. The TV-Jockstrap solves all the problems. It's elastic (I hadn't thought of that) so it fits snuggly and easily goes on and off. No sticky mess, no hanging strings. In fact, I can leave it covering only the bottom 1/4 inch when not in use rather than remove it completely. Then it slides up in seconds. It's a perfect dull black color so you really don't see it (my samsung tv is black so it blends in perfectly). The adjustable clip works really well, just pull the loose end to tighten it till it doesn't slip off from gravity. There is a very slight dip in the center, but that can be fixed by making the strap tighter. My set is only a 40 inch, so the width of the belt seems just right. Larger screens might not work that well. I guess you could always buy 2 in that case. Saw this on the gizwiz show, immediate bought one. Makes a great gift.

Good Product, But...
It is a good product and it is produced well. I would like it to be an inch wider. It does not completely cover the ESPN ticker.

Works perfectly as advertised
I like the flexibility of the strap sizing, so it fits a wide variety of TV sets. It is perfect for hiding the annoying constant news feeds at the bottom of the screen. It is easy to pull down and out of the way when not needed for a particular show.

Too narrow!
Way too small! Doesn’t cover even half the ticker on ESPN. Absolutely useless and bad quality control. What does it take to make it a little wider?

Great idea but dont count on it working on a 75" without stretching it a lot
Perfect for my 65". Better then the foam boards I would use to block the ticker tape of other games along the bottom. I also bought a three button usb kit that mini mouse macro a free progeram tha will fast fowrd when break to anouncers who give other scores. Clarissa Thompson is most annoying on Fox NFL so I call it my clarissa. If you have set over 65" you can use two. But they should be clear. I applaud them for making money a usefull device and think giving away scores of other games stinks. In the old days when you didnt have access to anything but a few games it was handy to follow other teams but with NFL+ and others they just do it to keep their load on their servers down as you migt not be interested in a subpar game or loserbowl.

Amazing product, solves a huge problem for me!! Couldn't be happier.
I cannot express how excited I was to see this product. This solves a HUGE problem for me. I was using sticky notes to block the scores ... and now I can block them in a way my wife isn't embarrassed about. She actually said it looked good. Thanks so much for offering this product. Honestly, it's a life-changer.
