This is a very good basic phone for use by older people who perhaps can't manage a smart phone. Bought for my husband who is very happy with it's simplicity of use

Basic mobile for text message & calls. Buttons adequate in size & space, screen size is good & the graphics adequate. Instructions v. brief inadequate & takes some puzzling out how to use it. Feels somewhat economically manufactured, v. lightweight, no metal in the external housing construction, all cheap feeling light plastic. The hinge on the flip-up lid is plastic also & I'm doubtful of its longevity as a mobile phone in this regard. I would have preferred paying a higher sale price for it in exchange for a better build quality.

An absolute pain, it got stuck in another language and neither myself or Tesco staff could get it back to English. This should be returned really but think I am too late/can't be bothered either !

Purchased for elderly lady,not good with tech. Finds easy to use, choice of colours . Larger keys than normal mobiles. Very good quality, condition and value.

Good phone, worked well for 9 months but then failed to recharge. Reported to seller, a swift response was followed by a replacement phone-no quibble, great customer service and many thanks for resolving this issue so quickly.

Habe das Handy für eine über 70 jährige gekauft Das Handy hat ein großes Display und große gut erkennbare Tasten die Einrichtung war einfach sollte aber jemand tun der ein wenig Erfahrung hat mit Handys die Menüführung ist intuitiv hat mir gefallen und es tut nun brav seinen Dienst.

Un teléfono para mayores de buena calidad. Los números y teclas son grandes y fáciles de pulsar, pesa muy poco y tiene un interruptor en el lateral para bloquear el teclado. Tiene Bluetooth y linterna. No dispone de cámara de fotos. Se puede programar para marcacion rapida. Se lo regalé a mis padres y están encantados, porque el volumen del timbre es muy alto y se oye bastante bien. Recomiendo la compra.

Ce téléphone est exactement ce que ma papa recherché, avec de grosses touches, simple d'utilisation, transmettre et recevoir des appels, des SMS, le volume peut êtretrès élevé.Le bouton SOS a rassuré papa très vite lorsqu’elle a su qu’elle pouvait simplement appeler mon frère et moi en une seule touche ! rapport qualité prix utilité super correct
