This review is for the "Truform 20-30 mmHg Compression Stockings for Men and Women, Thigh High Length": I broke the absolute heck out of my ankle and got reconstructive surgery. The post surgical swelling was so bad it became the primary reason my recovery was delayed. After 2 weeks the surgeon recommended a thigh high compression sock with this preface: "I recommend this to ALL my patients and almost none of them take the advice." I did and couldn't be happier. I'd never used a compression sock before. Speaking to friends who had got me really worried. It seems socks are prone to coming apart, not staying up, or simply not providing consistent graduated compression in the right places and at the correct rate. I shopped for DAYS to try to make a confident and effective purchase. I need my leg! I can not begin to tell you how happy I am with these True Form socks. I only needed 1 sock, so I got 2 pairs to get me through 4 days before I had to run a load of laundry. These things are perfect! It takes a lot of strength to get a sock on and off. Every time I do it I'm convinced I'm going to rip the things but it still hasn't happened. I've read the reviews that say they don't stay up and this hasn't been my experience at all. I'll go a step further and point out that they don't move an inch over the course of my day. The band stays exactly where I put it and I'm putting it on as I climb out of bed in the morning and taking it off when I'm climbing into bed at night. I've been wearing them for a few weeks now and I haven't had to fidget with or adjust a sock once. I've washed them several times making sure to follow Truform's simple instructions, "cold water, like colors" and making sure not to use fabric softeners. I would understand if they fit a little differently after a wash but these did not. They've been consistent and as effective today as they were the first time I put them on. I'll say that I was really meticulous about measuring before I made my purchase. I was well within the range of each measurement for the size I purchased. If you find you're at or outside the range on a measurement I'd probably reach out to Trueform before making a purchase. I'm really REALLY impressed with the product! Thank you Truform. Your product has helped me move better and heal faster.

I recently had a total left knee replacement, and these compression socks have worked perfectly. I was hesitant to purchase them at first because some of the reviews were mixed, but I’m very glad I did. They fit comfortably, provide excellent compression, and are washable. I’m 6 feet tall, weigh 185 pounds, and purchased a medium—the fit is perfect. Five stars!

I bought these for a vein procedure I had done that I needed compression stockings to wear for a few days afterwards. ITs summer in NYC now and hot and humid and we walk everywhere....I was afraid of a sweaty legs, itchy etc. BUT....I was pleasantly surprised to find this wasnt the case at all. Its very breathable and lots of ventilation... PLUS...having OA in both knees , these made a remarkable difference....less pain and more agile. I know, with knee OA you have the good days and the bad days...but, so far there has been a noticeable difference with less pain... if you're on the fence...get them...try them...nothing really to lose (well, $25) and perhaps A LOT to gain...

They stay in place, they are comfortable, they look good, very nice fabric and it’s just a good product. No other way to put it down. I feel like these are completely worth your buck. The upper band will probably make you a bit itchy after a long day, but no long term injuries or discomfort, just right after you take them off and that’s it.

These used to be great. The latest pairs I bought don’t stay up the way the older ones do.

Use the measurement guide on the back of the package instead of the one in the product images. Accomodates long legs and stayed up the whole day without needing adjustment. The material is not as thin and delicate as some reviews let on.

I needed these after vericose vein treatment. The regular size compression socks were cutting off my circulation right in the wrong spot where I had a treatment done and it was bruising. These Fit and were comfortable! Measured and ordered by size chart. My surprise, they stayed up all day!

These are good but the large is only available in the black/charcoal, the medium is a bit small and the xl is too big, it would be good if the large had the same options in colours as all the other sizes do

True to size

These fitted much better than the black version and hold up well. I use 'boy short ' underwear and then have the stockings cover over. I find they stay up longer this way and there is less chance of the rubber dots causing a skin irritation, ( I don't get along with band aid adhesives). The compression appears correct and my legs feel good at the end of the day.
