Does this taste like coconut when you bake with it?

No, it doesn´t! Coconut flour is quite tasteless. I usually mix it with almond flour to increase the volume of the baking mix, and it works nicely!

does this have any tree nuts in it?

I don't believe so. 2 of my sons both have Tree Nut allergies and is able to have this flour. When my oldest son was diagnosed with a Tree Nut allergy, I was told that coconut is not a nut it's a fruit, however you could still be allergic to it. My 2nd son, who also has a Tree Nut allergy, was tested for a Coconut allergy, however he is not allergic.
