Power port on helmet is not a great design.
Owned the 509 R4 with the side power mount on shield which has a 1/4 lock turn 👍. Riding friend has new 509 Delta V Commander has the 1/4 turn feature also 👍, but for some reason this unit 509 Delta V Ingnite has a plug that if flimsy and after my second use has stopped charging because a small print in the plug part broke. With the location of plug it needs more of a stronger locking procedure and the rubber on the lower part of helmet pushes on the plug from side.

Great Helmet
I saw a lot of bad reviews but for me this helmet is awesome. I did go one size up from my usual XL. The XXL is big on me but with layers under it’s fine. The fit is great, very comfortable and super lite weight. The mask doesn’t fog up for me when plugged in. The breath box is a little big but works just fine. I don’t understand the bad reviews. I was very hesitant to buy it based on that. I’m super glad I did. Airflow design is really cool. Love this new helmet!

Sizing way off!!!
I were a L- XL helmet in Delta R4, Harley, and Schuberth. The sizing is so far off a 3X was not even close!! Expected better from 509 and a $500.00 helmet. Had really high hopes for this helmet, and for 509 to say only go up one size is a joke. Sorry, swing and a miss on this one! If I could give less than one star I would.
