I purchased the Agaro Galaxy potable blender from Amazon on 8th September, 2025, and since then it was working fine. After 4 months it stopped working inspite of giving charge for 4/5 hours. Then I contacted their customer support and then received a call from Ms. Payel Ghosh, who handled my complaint thoughtfully and professionally. After a few calls including some video calls she was convinced with my complaint and made arrangements to get a replacement sent to me.
