Worst steamer I’ve ever used in my 5 years of being an esthetician. ITS LITERALLY MELTING BY THE MINUTE!!!!

I have tried in the past smaller hand held facial steamers but what I love about this is that you can actually lay back on your pillow and adjust the machine to you and you can relax. You don't have to hold anything as it's on wheels. Very easy to use and store in a corner of your room. It does look like a piece of hospital equipment BUT worth it.

Great steamer

My niece is a new esthetician and this item is super useful to her. She did a facial for me and used this and it worked beautifully. Produces lots of steam, easy to maneuver and use. She loved that it also had a cold mist, not just steam. Be sure to use tap water for steam and DISTILLED water for cool mist or it will not function properly. The casters make it super easy to move and it is pretty compact for a full sized steamer. A very good price for an item like this!

This steamer is awesome! Set up was super easy, I didn’t even have to read the instructions though I did consult them to ensure I was doing it right. It also came with a tiny wrench to put it together so you don’t have to worry about having your own tools. The hot steam didn’t take long to come out after the water heated and it was a consistent steam with no sputtering water or issues. Love that I can also use this for my kids in case they get sick in the future. Highly recommend!

Purchased this product on 12/7/23 and it stopped working on 1/12/24; made contact with the manufacturer and the appliance was immediately replaced. The hot/cold option works super well and gives me the options needed for my patient community.
