Pretty good, thought I was going to be scammed
No damage, battery on 85% max capacity, works like a normal iPhone. I was a little skeptical because I saw people getting scammed on TikTok for Amazon iPhones, but this one is pretty legit. I bought it about a month ago and the only issue seems to be the slight overheating problem, that is consistent across all IPhone 15 users.

It’s very fast and has incredible screen play ability.
This is by far my best phone ever, I’ve had a IPhone 12 that I bought on Amazon it was an excellent condition version.I wasn’t aware you could buy a premium version of phones for little more increasing your warranty to a year and promising your battery health to be high 90s. This phone came in one day and arrived in perfect ,flawless condition unless I missed something .The battery health is 99 percent I was so pleased. It took awhile to setup because the phone needing charging in order to do a transfer.The features on this Pro max are amazing and are incredibly fast. The 256 gb is perfect even with my transfer and system usage I still have 200 gig left and my phone has a ton of apps and thousands of photos. It takes incredibly sharp photos in the dark even. I like the 5x digital zoom a lot better than 3x.The apple AI is really fast it’s going to take time to learn All of it but my daily life will improve with just a phone.The titanium build makes it much lighter than I expected.Screen sensitivity is excellent even for my clumsy fingers.I expect this phone to last me at least 6 years and to look nice the whole time.

BE AWARE OF THE RISKS - I spent hours fixing Amazons issue
Updated: since writing the below review, I have received my second 15 pro max renewed premium, set it up, and handled the refund from the first one. Amazon customer support also offered me a generous discount on the new phone for all the hassle (which I somewhat needed to initiate asking for, I doubt they would have offered that to begin with). If I had to do it all over again - I would have still gone this route since apple refurbished hasn’t released this model yet, but moving forward- I will probably order straight from apple refurbished next time or just get a new iPhone. When factoring the discount I got on this one that’s one year old, I paid about 2/3 the cost for this compared to the latest model, so I can’t complain. All that said, in general I am one who much more values my time and ease over saving a quick bucks. Especially if that quick buck saved costs me HOURS of my life in hassle. If you’re like me in that sense - proceed with caution. I trust Amazon will help make it right if you don’t get a great phone as expected, but even if that’s the case, you’re probably in for quite the hoops to jump through in order to make that happen. Here’s my original, unedited review: I ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max refurbished and it arrived last night. After spending a good 3+ hours setting it up, I realized the lens for the main camera was broken. From the outside, you can’t see any issue. It wasn’t until I opened up the camera app that I actually saw it didn’t work. “Renewed Premium” carries a certain standard with it, and this certainly does not meet that in the slightest. On top of that, upon calling customer support, I was told that I would not be able to do anything unless I deactivated the phone and remove my Apple ID from it. Wouldn’t have been the end of the world if I needed to go back to my other phone for a bit, however, in order to set up this phone with the eSIM, deactivated my previous SIM card. Upon explaining all of that to customer support, I was told there was nothing they could do unless I deactivated this phone (leaving me without a phone until they received this and shipped me a new one) I was then told to call Apple to see what they can do, when honestly, this is their mistake. Either way, I called apple and it was going to be another set of hoops to jump through with scheduling appointments and all that. Plus since I didn’t have apple care, if they needed to repair the camera, I would still be without a phone. So even if Apple was able to help fix this, the issue of me not having a phone would still be there. Had I broken this camera myself - I would certainly except those terms given there’s not much else I could do. However, this was given to me in this condition and for Amazon to leave me with the responsibility of fixing their mistake due to carelessness in inspection and quality control is absurd. So whether I like it or not, I am now STUCK with the responsibility of cleaning this up since my account is connected to this phone now. What at one point could have been a great gift to myself has turned into the biggest hassle I’ve experienced buying/returning anything, probably ever. I’m going to give this one more shot as I’ve now ordered another iPhone from them to be delivered shortly, however, it’s also required me to spend another ~$1000 in having that iPhone sent prior to me getting my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Even if this next phone is perfect, I’m likely never going to order from the Amazon refurbished store again. I’ll either go straight to Apple refurbished, or brand new, for any of my future phone/laptop/device purchases. On top of all this hassle, I’ll certainly have to spend another few hours setting up my replacement phone once it arrives. All the time I’ve invested into this so far has NOT been even close worth the “nice discount” on a premium refurbished phone that should have arrived without issue to begin with. Amazon - take note. Change your policies. Making this the customer’s mess to clean up is not acceptable. Potential buyers - BEWARE of the risks. I’ll plan to update this review if anything changes. But like I said, even if the next phone I ordered is perfect, I still give this a 1-star review for all the hassle and lack of responsibility the company took to resolve this. P.s. i’ll also add that I am a quite understanding and peaceful person. The person I spoke with from customer support was doing his absolute best to help me, but this was clearly a bigger issue than he had the power to solve. I requested to have this escalated to upper management and was told the same thing. Whoever is the one making decisions about what can and can’t be done needs to hear about this.

100% Battery Capacity - Cycle Count 0
I purchased renewed premium because of the 90%+ battery capacity guarantee. The iPhone 15 Pro Max I received was at 100% battery capacity with a cycle count of 0. Settings show the phone was first released from back stock in October 2025, and first used in February 2026. It’s practically brand new, despite being a 2023 model, and the battery must have been replaced with a new OEM one during refurbishing. Extremely pleased. I feel that the up charge for renewed premium is well worth it. Appearance: one microscopic chip on titanium housing, one small hairline scratch on frosted back glass that is not visible from 5+ inches away. Titanium housing is prone to fingerprints, while frosted back glass never absorbs fingerprints. Screen appears to be OEM. Full functionality, no issues. Cameras all OEM also, no issues.

The Phone Can Even Handle My 8+ Hours a Day Well.
So the iPhone was as expected. It was factory reset so I had to set it up for the first time. My first couple days on the iPhone were very nice. Something I will say is the setup process.. my old Android phone I transferred from was actually very bad, so it was hard to transfer over my data from the Android to the iPhone with stuff failing multiple times. Anyway, when I finally got it working the phone ran flawlessly. I didn't bother with maintenance mode to test it cause the phone acted as expected. Very good connectivity, although I'll say it wasn't that good because of the area I live in. But it is definitely way better than my old phone. It had 86% battery health so that was good. It was overall very worth it. The colors on the screen were insane and the screen quality. I just wish there was a bit less scratches but with a screen protector they all disappear. Make sure you get a decent screen protector and case not those cheap trash. The screen protector I got was cheap because at the time I couldn't get the best ones but even so its pretty good. It scratches easily though... but that's not related to this product. The phone can even handle my 8 to 10 hours of usage somehow nearly without charging and that's including using YouTube, playing games, using picture and picture mode for a little bit, calls, stuff like that. It can actually handle that, I wonder how powerful a new iPhone will be. (I plan to get a new iPhone in September). I don't know what else to say other than the Phone was very good.

Great overall hardware, but battery health was digitally altered/spoiled.
"The iPhone 15 Pro Max arrived in excellent cosmetic condition. I ran a full hardware diagnostic using 3uTools, and the phone scored 98/100. The logic board, screen, and all cameras are 100% original Apple parts, which is great for a renewed device. However, the seller is clearly altering the battery health via software. In iOS settings, the phone showed 96% battery health upon arrival, but it had 909 charge cycles already. After just one week of normal use, it dropped to 94%. Deep diagnostic software confirms the actual physical battery lifespan is 85%. While the phone runs amazingly fast and works perfectly, the battery was heavily used (nearly 1,000 cycles) and masked to bypass Amazon Premium standards. If you buy from this seller, expect a great phone, but be ready to replace the battery sooner than expected."

After searching for the best deal on an iPhone 15 Pro Max, I decided to take a chance on this Verizon-carrier refurbished model from Amazon with 256GB storage. I couldn't be happier with my decision! Condition: Virtually Flawless First and foremost, if you're hesitant about buying refurbished, don't be—at least not with this listing. My phone arrived in what appears to be pristine condition. No scratches, scuffs, or signs of previous use. The screen is perfect, and the titanium frame looks brand new. If I hadn't known it was refurbished, I would have assumed it was a new device. ***BUYERS WITH SKEPTICAL ANXIETY*** Lets start by saying the review i am about to leave will be my best one to date with tons of detail I spent literally about a week searching for phones that had been refurbished and sold on amazon. You can see that if you click on a specific phone then scroll down alittle there will be the same phone for sale but in different conditions. Most likely these other conditioned phones come from different companies. I seen alot of reviews about people getting scammed and or getting defective phones while scrolling through all the reviews for these companies starting from 1star to about 3 stars. (Obviously 4-5 stars will sell you on the product) after many hours on my venture for phones the one company that seemed to stand out was network store. The bad reviews they had was majorly from late delivery. For some reason these boys like to use FedEx and thats okay with me. I orded my first one and got it a day and a half later which was technically a day early from the original delivery date. When i opened the package to check the phone it was in great shape. There was afew minor issues but nothing for me to truly complain about considering the price. Once i started the hello screen and setting up the data transfer i noticed i got all the way to the end then the update on the new phone crashed.. i reset both phone in hopes that it would reset the transfer and update. I was wrong! It crashed the new phone i had got and during the transfer it disconnected my sim card from my other phone. I had two phones with no service! It was late that night so i woke up the next day and took the new phone to apple to get help or an explanation how to fix. They said they could help but they needed to plug the phone in to their repair laptop. I agreed then after plugging the phone in they realized the port of the phone was damaged and needed to be replaced which can cost anywhere from 300-700$ !!!! Grasping for both phones with anxiety and frustration i left the store and immediately went to a tech store to see what they would charge and they quoted the same. I went to my phone carrier to get another sim card which costed me $10 so i could have service again. then started the process of getting a refund on the amazon app. Amazon’s customer service reached out the the company to notify them of the issue and they confirmed i should hear back from the seller within 48hours. I eventually heard from the company and told them the issue. They immediately send a prepaid label to send the phone back to them in which i did that same day. 2 days later i received another 15 pro max 512gig black titanium phone that is nothing less than excellent shape. After a 16 hour data transfer i am now able to sit here and say these boys are the truth. They corrected a defective product with a even better one and didn't overly press about it. I can say i will be book marking this company in particular when it comes to buying anything refurbished again. I hope this can give someone an idea of the integrity they have. I will not deny that it was not an easy process and yes i did lowkey freak out thinking i was out of 950$ but they came through. The next best thing i can tell you is please do your research when it comes to jumping from an older phone or just a newer phone in general. I went from a 11pro max to a 15 pro max and the process of eliminating the physical sim card put me in a real bind. Last but not least, UPDATE THE PHONE FIRST!!!!!!!! After you update it then you can reset the phone then start the data transfer process. If all else fails you have to connect the phone to a laptop in DFU mode then manually update it. With the first phone i got i could have updated it first then loaded all my stuff on it and never knew the port had an issue. But since i did figure it out that means i couldn’t manually update it to fix the crashed out phone i got the first time. Once again thanks for correcting this. I cannot wait to take pictures and videos with my daughter this summer with my new phone.

Bad. Save your money and buy from a legit source.
I paid extra for a "premium" version and within months, the half assed seal that either amazon or apple put on this "waterproof" phone failed because it SAT IN THE SAME ROOM AS A SHOWER FOR 10 MINS and moisture got into the camera and now thats completely fogged up and ruined, which has led to the "siri" thing going off every 10 seconds. Making this phone practically unusable. All "AI" and customer support has pointed to a terrible sealing job by whoever "fixed" this phone and sold it. Basically, save the money. In my 15 years of owning an iphone, NEVER has this happened... Only when you buy from a site like this do you get this lmao.
